explained to Miss *** in order to replace the broken
windshield we must remove the outer side trims and since the trims were
not originally installed correctly and
they were glued it could crackMiss *** said its ok if it cracks since I am giving this car to my sonShe signed the release formsthat she is happy with the job doneRegarding the blue tape that she is referring to, we have to
secure the windshield with the tape till the glue hardensup.I did not receiveany phone callsfrom her, I only receivedan email from herI told her to takeit to our shop for us to look at itI didnot hear from her till she contacted your firm.Our
policy is to make our customers happy, I am willing to replace the trims free of charge or tocompensate the cost of the trimsSincerely,Abe
