This company continues to contact me asking if my vehicle needs window repair or tintingI did business with this company in July and they did a bad tint jobI returned had them remove the tint and refunded my moneyI will not be a repeat customer and over the pastyears they keep calling me after I have asked them to remove my contact informationI've blocked the number in the past thru my phone company but blocks expire after a certain timeThis harassment needs to stop now!

Auto Glass Direct has taken care of our company vehicles for quite some time now. Always very friendly and accessible. They try to make it out here the day of but when they can't they are always here the next day as soon as possible. One of our employees needed work done on her car and they replaced her windshield as well. There was an air leak but they got it fixed and were very friendly about it. We will definitely keep coming to them.

This company is a joke!!!!! I had my windshield replaced six months ago, I have had 2 leaks. 1 water leak and 1 air leak. They came out 4 times and still didn't fix the problem. After these numerous visits from a completely unprofessional installer. I still have a vibration in my windshield that is enough to make anyone crazy on a 3 and 1/2 hour trip to the mountain. I don't recommend this company to anyone, you have better luck not having a windshield at all!!!!!

BEWARE: Wanting to get my windows tinted, my daughter says to me, " mom I read good reviews about this company and with Trust Issues, I trusted what she read and called them for an estimate. Which, one, was a little too high but I trusted that they would do a good job.. Made apnt for Saturday afternoon, picked up my car and because it took them till 5:30 or so to call me and tell me that my car had been ready for 45mins and [redacted] who made the call to me was surprised that nobody bothered to call me. Not wanting to wash my car because it was late, waited to take it to the car wash early sunday morning. To find that my two week old brand new dealer mats had black boot prints from the technician who tinted my car. Both sides of my floor mats, the seats were dirty with water stains from spraying the tint, my whole back seat covered in water drips and nobody, not even the technician even bothered to mention it because it was a Saturday night and wanted to get out of there. Quality of the tint itself, was ok, wasn't as dark as I expected and was not happy at all. Was dealing with [redacted] at Auto glass & tint, who acknowledged the mess and the foot prints being his technician Ryan who did the job and Gave me 100% satisfaction guaranteed to take care of the mats and clean the interior his technician dirtied. Finally went in for the clean up promised by [redacted] the customer service rep that I had been dealing with from day one. Come to find out, his word was no good. The owner just found out the situation that day, That [redacted] promised to clean up what their employee did. The owner, Name [redacted] as well, was not happy that they had to clean up their technicians mess and therefore was rude to me, said that his employee did not do it and had no clue what was going on. Was trying to argue with me about the footprints, that were not there when I brought my car to get tinted and not looking things over that night was because I was going to wash my car the next morning. That's when I noticed the mess, there technician Ryan did not take precaution when tinting my windows. And chris the customer service rep, acknowledging and taking responsibility for the mess and promised that he was going to have them 100% taken care of... He TEXTED ME ALL THESE PROMISES.. NOT ONLY THAT BUT WHEN THE OWNER FOUND OUT, HE DID NOT WANT TO HONOR HIS EMPLOYEES WORD AND CLEAN THE MESS THEY MADE. AFTER THAT! [redacted] the customer service rep, text me a very inappropriate text message.. Saying " I am hot when i'm mad and that he just wanted to let me know." Very inappropriate for an employee to do.. Also stating that he got my number from THEIR PAPERWORK.!!!!! BEWARE: DO NOT LEAVE OR WRITE DOWN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION HERE, THEY WILL HARASS YOU IF YOU ARE A FEMALE... THIS [redacted] AT AUTO GLASS & TINT, HAS BEEN TEXTING ME INAPPROPRIATE TEXT MESSAGES. THEREFORE BEING FEARFUL OF MY SURROUNDINGS BECAUSE THIS GUY GOT MY INFORMATION FROM PAPERWORK I FILLED OUT WHEN I TOOK MY CAR FOR SERVICES AT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS, WHOM I THOUGHT MY INFORMATION WAS PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL....
