Review: The tech who did our install 3 times just hung up on me when I called questioning his workmanship. They have cost me over $700 out-of-pocket so far and now the locking mechanism on the rear lift gate is jammed with a glass shard - Honda will charge $100s more to repair that! What a frustrating episode and costly glass replacement! Besides, the 2 guys that answer the phone there have given me numerous names for themselves - [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], etc... and they hesitate to say who they are when you call.

The first glass replacement on my 2010 Honda Odyssey was in September 2012, then the glass shattered in February 2012 for no reason and again in May 2012. I paid them to replace it out of pocket each time and demanded a discount on the 2nd and 3rd installs. On the final install, the workmanship was messy, leaving glass shards and glue behind and one of these evidently jammed the back latch. Now I will have to take to a Honda dealership to have shards cleaned out of door and latch repaired.Desired Settlement: Cost of 2nd and 3rd install of glass - $430 + Cost of latch repair/ replacement at Honda dealer - ?. At a minimum, the cost of the Honda repair.
