The technician at the Horizon Ridge, Henderson Nevada location is fraudulently submitting claims for minor glass repairs. He approached me, and repaired the minor issue with my windshield so quickly that I was unable to change my mind or check the necessity of the repair with my husband. I noticed that he had similarly repaired the windshields of other elderly individuals and women. I witnessed an interaction between the technician and an elderly man who did not have full coverage insurance and inevitable this customer left with free service due to refusal to pay. I later overhead the technician speaking with another worker about the frequency of repairs that are not covered. The technician appears to be banking on the ignorance of the customers and performing work so rapidly that we feel obligated to continue with the claim. The costs of submitted repairs likely cover any losses of "free repairs" due to his approach. I felt completely taken advantage of and would not have submitted an insurance claim at that time for the damages to my windshield. I'm very upset that my insurance coverage will likely go up due to my ignorance. I will never return to this car wash/window repair location regardless of its proximity to my home.

Review: Auto Glass Express came to my wife's place of business to replace her windshield. After the installer completed the job and left, my wife noticed rubber slivers on both the passenger seat and floor. As she was driving home that evening on the freeway she could see the top of her hood vibrating and shaking. She pulled over on the side and noticed that the hood was not securely latched by the auto glass installer. This could have resulted in the hood becoming detached from the vehicle injuring others or even killing my wife if the hood flew back through the windshield. After a few weeks both top corners of the windshield shrunk / peeled back. I contacted the company immediately and they said that they had fired this particular installer due to similar complaints. They promised to correct the problem with the windshield and they promised that they would not send the same installer. That night I received a call from the same installer who performed the work and whom the company told me they fired. When discussing the installation with the installer who did the work on behalf of Auto Glass Express he said the company did not give him a Toyota 4 Runner moulding so he used an incorrect one for the installation. After several conversations with [redacted], GM for Auto Glass Express we scheduled an appointment for 8am on 8/15/2015 to correct the work but the installer did not show up. I called [redacted] and he said that they forgot to schedule the appointment but would be there at 10:15. Again, 10:15 no one was here to reinstall the windshield.Desired Settlement: Proper windshield installation and a record warning others of this firm's business practices.

Review: On July 28, 2015, I filed a claim with my insurance carrier for a cracked windshield replacement. Based on an Auto Glass Express coupon that had come in the mail I requested to do the service. Insurance approved and called Auto Glass Express at the number on the coupon [redacted] (a local [redacted] metro area number where we reside.) After the insurance gave their authorization to the repair under Claim number [redacted], I was connected to [redacted] the Auto Glass Express representative on the phone. We set up the appointment for the following day, July 29,2015 at my home. Before we ended the call I enquired about the "up to $200 cash in hand" offer on the coupon. [redacted] replied it varies based on the vehicle and the windshield. After going through the specifics of the vehicle included its VIN, she spoke to a "supervisor" while I was placed on hold. When she returned to the call she said the amount would be $150. I asked about the cash in hand. Her reply was "due to recent issues with employee fraud" a money order would be sent instead. She gave me instructions to call her at [redacted] when the windshield replacement was complete and she would arrange for the money order to be sent. When I called that number no one answered and I left a message and asked for a call back. [redacted] returned my call in less than 15 minutes and confirmed that "a $150 money order would be put in the mail that evening and I should recieve it in about 3 days." On August 7, 2015 a $100 check from Auto Glass Express LLC, 92 Corporate Park Ste 237, Irvine CA 92606-5146 arrived. The check was drawn on W[redacted], Dept#[redacted] with a routing number of [redacted], account number of [redacted], and a check number of [redacted]. It was dated August 3, 2015

As soon as I opened the envelope on August 7th and saw the payment was $50 short I called Auto Glass Express at the [redacted] number and spoke to [redacted] who said a supervisor would call me on Monday. As of 12:55pm today nada.Desired Settlement: Honor the original deal and send me an additional $50.
