Hello, We have read the above complaint(s) from the said consumer, and we are responding to explain that this matter has been resolvedAfter the customer received service from us in September, we did send his money, as promised, and on several encounters with Mr [redacted] , had we cancelled and resent payment-three different times We had also sent that same tracking with delivery dates to Mr [redacted] on more then one occasion when the issue was at large The last time we had spoken to Mr [redacted] , we had emailed an attachment (see above attachment) of the endorsed check by Mr [redacted] himself to his personal email to show for we had done our partWe apologized for the issues and delays with our bank, and the customer hung up and never called us back to dateOur preferred method of contact is email- [email protected]

This company has terrible customer service We set an appointment for a Wednesday AM (it ws critical it be in the AM and this was confirmed) one week in advance On the day the service was to be performed, the installer called and said they couldn't make it at the scheduled time
We called the company and they begged to give them another chance We reluctantly set and appointment for a Wednesday AM two weeks in advance We called to confirm the day before and were told all was set The night before the appointment, we were called and told they could not again live up to their promises We cancelled!

Saw the Ad online about the $200 rebate. Called to inquire and was told my insurance had to qualify for the rebate. Gave my insurance information over the phone and was told I qualified. Set up the appointment and had the windshield replaced as promised. I Was told I would receive a rebate in the mail within a week. Weeks and moths went by and no check. Called and fought with the customer service and told I was liar. called and talked to a manager and her listen to the recorded tape. I was offered an apology for being called a liar then told I would receive the rebate as promised per the original agreement. Still Nothing and I am just tired of dealing with them. I would recommend to anyone reading reviews from Auto glass express LLC to get everything in writing. They record the conversation but will not admit any wrong doing when they hose you on the rebate.
