After repair to the windows the auto lock remote no longer worked. The rear window no longer went down smoothly. After replacing front windshield and rear passenger window the auto locks and remote no longer worked. I called immediately. Had an appointment the following week, 5/21/14. I could not roll the rear window down for two days. After that it rained. The first time I rolled it down was Thursday 5/5/19/14. The rear passenger window went down smooth the first few times. Then It started to hesitate and stutter. Again, I had an appointment to repair the disconnect with the auto alarm/lock remote. I verified time twice the day before with installer. First he did not show I had to call twice and was told instead of 9am it would be between 1 or 2pm. Then he did not take his time an attempt to find the problem. He tried to blame the remote battery, I told him I had changed it and then he blamed the door lever of wearing out. He did remove a inside panel and small outside piece on the front drives side to see if he could see the wire for he remote.Then lastly he NEVER even looked to see if perhaps the back window may have been off track since the issue didn't happen every time I lowered the window. On my way to church the next morning, one of the panels he took off flew off on the highway. I called Saturday regarding the issues I had when the repair person came out. I spoke with someone name [redacted] she answered the phone and set the appointment. Once I told her what happened she said she would have the district manager call me. As of today I still have not received any word from them.Desired SettlementI want the company to address and repair he issues due to the actions of their company/repair people.
