I ordered a new windshield through this vendor. They installed the new windshield and removed some windshield trim in the process. However, the technician did not install the trim correctly after completion and the trim blew off while driving down the road. I contacted customer service and provdied extensive photos showing the missing trim and the markings where a tool had been used to remove the trim. The customer service agent said that I had removed it and it was not them even though you can see markings on the glass where the trim used to sit.

Horrible follow thru! Called several time to resolve issue!

Almost one month later I’m still waiting!

Paid to have windshield replaced. Installer broke my dash board. I have a navigation system in my truck and above the navigation is a speaker. the cover to the speaker is what was broken when the review mirror fell off the windshield and broke it. Guy should have removed the mirror prior to removing the windshield. He advised he would only charge me for glass and would look to find replacement part for my truck to fix. He said give him 3 days. On the 4th day I asked for status on the repairs and was told that he is not going to cover the damage to my truck. I am willing to pay full price for glass I just want my truck to be in the same condition that it was prior to ordering this service. This is wrong and unethical. The $100 discount he gave me was nothing compared to what it is going to cost to repair my dash board.

Appointment time was set up for 4 pm, tech arrived at 8pm. I lost time at my job to be at appointment time and place. No call or response from their dispatcher. Used sub contractor for job. Wouldn't use again or recommend due to these issues.
