I have an extended warranty with my washer machine that I purchased last yearI had four time problem with itI was told if one more time goes bad in the same year then they will replace itNow that I have problem with and water is not draining, First I was told my Lowes repair dep that they are going to exchange it and waiting for authorization!! I waited days no call once I called they said no we can just repair it! The unit is lemon and should not go bad four time! I paid $for itThey are not honoring their replacement policyThink twice before purchasing appliances from Lowes!
