We went out and installed some of the damaged parts on 8/25/When we were there replacing some of the parts it was discovered that additional parts are required to complete the workThese parts have been order and we have scheduled with the customer to install them on 08/29/I will update Revdex.com

After reviewing our pre work inspection form we have decided to go ahead and replace the cowl for [redacted]. Our paper work does indicate that the car has hail damage but dos not specifically indicate that there is pre existing damage to cowl.

We have been able to contact you by phone....When we call we receive a message that the phone is not accepting calls. We called twice Saturday morning and first thing again Monday morning. I also sent an email Monday morning. Yes we were behind schedule Saturday but did go  your home to...

attempt the work around 2 in the afternoon. I UNDERSTNAD WE WERE LATE BE WE DID TRY TO CONTACT YOU BY PHONE AND TEXT MESSAGE. Please contact us and we will reschedule the work for you, we still have the glass in stock. I might suggest in shop service so we can set a specific time to do the work.

Thank you for bring this complaint to my attention. We try to address any and all complaints as quickly as possible. This complaint resulted from an issue with our credit card processor and we have asked them to investigate how the incident occurred. We have not received a response from them as...

of yet. We refunded the overcharges to the client as soon as we were able to verify them 3 days later.

I am rejecting this response because:  Autoglass On The Go needs to inform Revdex.com and current/potential customers of entire truth.  On August 25, 2016 at about 8:45am technician came out and informed me plastic tabs ordered were white and the wrong ones and won't fit and after additional 15 to 20 minutes of working with trim/moulding noted damage together and I made decision for business to order the right parts and parts to replace damaged black windshield trim/moulding.  [redacted] setup a new install date of August 29, 2016.  More to come on outcome.
