I have addressed the consumers complaint and informed her that we will be issuing her full credit for unsatisfactory
repairs that were performed to her vehicleIn addition other repairs were required to restore her vehicle back to its original conditionThese repairs were to have been completed this past Saturday, May 23rdOnce confirmation has been provided that repairs are complete we will make arrangements with consumer to reimburse her for these chargesWe have a call in for her this afternoon and hope to hear from her yet todayWe trust our response and actions will provide resolution to this complaint.Thank You

A full refund has been issued to the customer to resolve all issues. This will be the only means to reconcile with customer. This will be credited back to the customer credit card within the next 2-business days.In regards to the issues, and stances by both parties.1) Glass in drive
way and in back of vehicle. Detailing the vehicle and driveway is not part of a typical glass replacement with any glass company. 2) Dealer saying wiper is not broken but the assembly is missing pieces. Falls under the diagnose we gave that it was damaged and unable to re-attach. Whatever broke the back window must of damaged the wiper as well. When Tempered windows shatter into a million of pieces can cause this issue, when the glass implodes. Motors of any kind run into this issue sometimes depending on circumstances.3) Multiple phone numbers. Between call center, physical locations, tech and dispatcher direct phone numbers. We are a national company with thousands of locations with a handful of techs for each location. We do want to apologize for the inconvenience and stand by our 100% satisfaction guaranty with our customer. Though these situations are unique and can vary depending on circumstances. We do want a positive experience with all of our customers and do whatever we can to rectify any issues if they arise. Thank you,*** ***
