Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution MAY be satisfactory to me IF...See below for details. When their installers were doing the installation of the window I witnessed them using a CROWBAR tool to remove the panels where the clips are brokenI was home when the repairs were being doneMy husband wasn't homeI texted him a few times letting him know that I was really nervous of how they were doing the workI specifically texted my husband about the fact that they were using a crowbar to force the panels offThe company said that it's not their responsibility to replace broken clips because it's not something that they keep with them and it's something that we need to take care ofAfter this complaint was filed I called the company back and spoke to [redacted] and he agreed to pay ALL the damages caused by their installers, the new clips for the new panels, chip on paint on back fender, and any other items that are involved in their negligence of faulty workHe agreed to pay for the installation of a new (or if it couldn't be salvaged) window AND said that if there are any NEW scratches caused by the company that he's insisting we use he will cover repair for that as wellWe have pictures of everything so we can document whether or not new scratches are made while my car is at the repair shopAll repairs to my car must be paid by him and to MY satisfaction.Once the repairs are done to my satisfaction which I anticipate they will be I will submit a response or review with Revdex.com with a status Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Even though there was a wrong installation for this particular job occured and we owned it from the start , there seem to be some exxaguration on her behalf that makes this unfairthey wanted us to pay for scratches that have'nt happened yet and may or may not after it's all done.We refunded what they paid on the first day and gave them the back glass as wellwe also offered to re-install the glass and repaint if and when there were scratches. The husband admitted of opening the panel to get out the broken glass pieces and in doing so must have brohen the clips,.The fact that our Revdex.com rating is AAA is because we always make sure the customers are happy and treated fairIn this particular case because the owner has been very ill and in the hospital it took a little longer but we have authorized that the bodyshop reinstall the back glass and repaint the hatch if necessary

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2015/11/09) */
We always give the customer a choice of changing the rubber moldings and we always change it if it absolutely need it so we could extend our life time warrantyWe charge the customer our cost for the moldings with no mark upsI do not know
anything about paying cash or anything like that since we never ask for cash but if the customer pays with cash that is ok with us.The customer should have only paid $if we changed the moldings
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 15, 2015/11/12) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I was not present when the windshield was changed out and did not authorize changing the molding and the company had my cell phone number and could have called to ask if I wanted the moldings changed outIn fact I had instructed the workers to call me if they had any issuesAgain this is a tactic of overcharging customers for work that was not necessary nor authorized
The Company also does not deny the fact that their employees would not give me back my changeEven though the change was clearly visible when the employee pulled money from his pocket
I absolutely do not accept the response from the business!! It only goes further to prove their criminal activity in ripping off their customers!
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 19, 2015/11/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
So by your own statement you are condoning the behavior of your employees refusing to give change for the $even though they had the change and it WAS visibleAnd in the same statement you claiming that I am lying!! Way to treat your customers and condone theft by your employees!! I will leave it up to the Revdex.com and readers to dicide if I am telling the truth!
I however, have learned that it doesn't pay to go with the cheapest bidIt may turn out in the end to cost you the mostIt is much more important to pick by the most reputable

So by your own statement you are condoning the behavior of your employees refusing to give change for the $20 even though they had the change and it WAS visible. And in the same statement you claiming that I am lying!! Way to treat your customers and condone theft by your employees!! Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution MAY be satisfactory to me IF...See below for details. When their installers were doing the installation of the window I witnessed them using a CROWBAR tool to remove the panels where the clips are broken. I was home when the repairs were being done. My husband wasn't home. I texted him a few times letting him know that I was really nervous of how they were doing the work. I specifically texted my husband about the fact that they were using a crowbar to force the panels off. The company said that it's not their responsibility to replace broken clips because it's not something that they keep with them and it's something that we need to take care of. After this complaint was filed I called the company back and spoke to [redacted] and he agreed to pay ALL the damages caused by their installers, the new clips for the new panels, chip on paint on back fender, and any other items that are involved in their negligence of faulty work. He agreed to pay for the installation of a new (or if it couldn't be salvaged) window AND said that if there are any NEW scratches caused by the company that he's insisting we use he will cover repair for that as well. We have pictures of everything so we can document whether or not new scratches are made while my car is at the repair shop. All repairs to my car must be paid by him and to MY satisfaction.Once the repairs are done to my satisfaction which I anticipate they will be I will submit a response or review with Revdex.com with a status.
Sincerely,
