I purchased a vehicle from Auto Group of Seguin. I drove it for 3 days till it started overheating. Monday morning I contacted the establishment and told them the problem. They picked it up and put it in the shop for a week . Returned it with the same issue. Found out nothing was ever done to it. Reported it to them the next day and they refused to fix it. They told me I could take it wherever I wanted and fix it myself.
We have tried to contact Ms. *** multiple times via phone to address her vehicle repair issues. We have not had any response from the customer and we would like to help correct her vehicle issues. She can always call or come by our location with her vehicle so that we can address the repair issues she is having.
