SIMPLY PUT, THE BEST OF THE BEST! I WORKED FOR SPRINT FOR YEARS AND DOING SO DEALT WITH THE PUBLIC AND MANY COMPANIES, BUT I'VE NEVER HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE AND SENSE OF TRUST THAT I'VE HAD WITH AUTO GUARD FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM IT'S PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS! *** ** ***
A great experience start to finish with *** and all his staff I dealt withAll prices came in as promised and all documents delivered/exchanged amazingly fastDespite my skepticism about legitimacy of company due to 'phone sales' *** and his people were for real*** really does answer after hours emailsway after hours! Fortunately, I didn't have to file a claim while under contractBut I feel that if I needed and advocate with the underwriting company they would have done all they could to helpRegrettably, I had to cancel due to MY financial duressBut this gave NAG a chance to shine againThey let me know what they needed to process the cancellation and got it done in about days total including a weekendI will buy again with them when need arises and I can pay for it

Auto Guard has exceptional customer service from start to finish When I initially signed up for the extended warranty the gentleman who assisted me was knowledgable and did not try to "sell" me anything He offered a product which suited my needs and would be best for my luxury vehicle As I am relocating and will no longer need the service, I was issued a speedy refund The ladies in customer service were prompt with returning phone calls and answering questions They extended every courtesy and made the transaction pleasant MrH, the owner, was so kind as to call me personally to ensure I received my refund check on time I don't know many companies that still make personal calls to their clientele I will definitely do business with Auto Guard in the future
I had a very good experience working with auto gaurd,the product was great and there was no pressure to accept without verifying that the warranty was what they said it was I took three days to decide and compare pricimg, in today's world unheard of I highly recommend auto guard if your looking for an extended plan
