Auto Icon Motor Group

I purchased a Honda pilot on 2/19/20 at Auto icon. They held the title until my cashier’s check cleared and said they would mail it within a few days off my check clearing and would give me a tracking number and everything. I called a week after I picked up the vehicle and was told they will mail it that day. It was not mailed. Tried for a week to call all 3 contact numbers. Nobody would answer or return a call or email. During this past week I have emailed and texted asking if they are going to send my title or do I need to return the vehicle for a full refund. Omar assured me it would be mailed at the end of the day on Wednesday 4/4/20. I emailed Thursday asking if the title was mailed and got no response. I emailed Friday and threatened to file a complaint if nobody would return any calls or just tell me what is going on. I called Omar today 4/10/20 and finally got to talk to him. He told me his title clerk messed up the title and wrote in the wrong spot and he is starting his own car dealership(he called it Auto network motor group) this coming Thursday and will request a new title and send it to me by Wednesday 0418/20. I looked up Auto network motor group and he is not listed as the owner or a salesman and I think he is lying to me that he can get even a title to me that fast from the DMV. I have a bill of sale from Auto icon that I have paid in full and I need help getting my title. Thank you
