Review: I took my vehicle to have heated seats installed on both front seats. They had my vehicle for approximately 6 hours and it was still not completed, even though I was told it would be only 4 hours. At the 7th hour, they called to inform me that it still wasn't done and they would need to keep it another day. They were closing for the night and would finish tomorrow, which I said was unacceptable. Another hour later, I received a call stating that the installation was done, but my truck would not start and they had no idea what happened. They were leaving for the night, pushed it out of the bay, and left it out in middle of parking lot, leaving me without a ride, in the rain, without a vehicle. Once at the dealership, they determined that it was a blown ignition fuse, caused by auto image. I took the truck back to auto image to have the heated seats reconnected and after spending another 4 hours there, everything seemed to be working with the exception of the passenger side heated seat. I was told that they could not install the heating element in the bottom part of the seat due to the air bag. Two questions arise from that: Isn't there an air bag in drivers seat? And why wasn't I informed of this when they inspected the vehicle and ordered the parts? So, as of now, I am currently out of pocket the $250 for the heated seats, which do not function properly, $180 for a rental car, $120 for tow to dealership, and $300 for the blown ignition fuse. The owner never accepted any responsibility for the situation nor apologized. As compensation, he offered me a $100 gift card for their store, which I didn't accept as I would never trust their company for anything ever again.Desired Settlement: I would like the monies back for all the expenses incurred due to their mistakes.

Review: I had my windows tinted at Auto Image and when I got home I realize my weather stripped was cut pretty badly. I called to let them know and I went back in to show them and they said they would pay for it to be fixed. A week later ALL of my windows started peeling off. I brought it in thinking by what they said, they'd fix it immediately. They didn't. This was my third time coming in and I would've had to come in a fourth time to have m windows redone.They also ordered the wrong part for my window and then never pursued finding the correct one. So I went through my car dealer ordered the right part and let Auto Image know I was able to find it. I called Auto Image twice to make sure they called my dealership so the part would get paid for but they never called my dealership. I Called them again and all they said is they would pass the message on. I had this done in September and I am still driving around with my weather striping cut and my window tint peeling off. I have asked for my money back and the man on the phone said he doeskin deal with that he only takes the phone messages. I'm very disappointed because this is my first brand new car ( its a 2013,$27,000 car)and they have been inconsiderate and uncooperative. When I showed them the weather stripping the guy said " it always happens to the new cars." Making me think this is not the first time this has happened. I just would like everything to be fixed in my car and to get my money back.Desired Settlement: Refund as well as replacement
