The situation occurred as follows:MsSnipes contacted me stating she needed repairs done on her vehlcle and that she was referred by someone to comesee meI told her I don't do car repairs but I know a guy, Darrick W***, that does vehicle repair and I referred her to him todiscuss the problemI
own an auto spa, not a mechanic shopI agreed to let the car be towed to the shop so that Darrick could take a look at itMsSnipes paid for the towMsSnipesbegan contacting me expressing her dissatisfaction with the process The towing company took more than 1/of day to towthe car according to herThis I have no control overThey have other customersIn trying to be helpful, I referred her to asomeone that wouldn't charge her $or moreShe paid only $and she was still complaining.When MsSnipes went as far as to bad mouth me and my business to my customers while standing in my establishment, I told Darrick to tell her to come get her car off the property, I saw nothing but trouble coming with this womanMsSnipes continued contacting me and I continued referring her to Darrick.Myself nor any representative of my business, touched her vehicle or received any money from herAs you can see in her complaint any action taken or communication was between her and Darrick from that point forthShe kept contacting me with her complaints and I told her to come get her car off my property myselfShe was insulting and very disrespectful to the point I asked her not to contact me again.In regards to the part purchase under the Auto Image Account, that part was purchased without my awareness or approval.Darrick W*** is not authorized to make any purchases under my account with Auto Zone, nor did AutoZone have any legal right to divulge or give out any information or provide any documentation from my business account to a third partyIn addition, it was inappropriate for MsSnipes to request any information from my account, especially for a purchase she didn't sign forThere are legal ramifications being taken as well in regards to this matter.There is nothing fraudulent about my operationI have been in business for a very long time and I have never had this type of behavior at my establishmentMsSnipes was not a customer of Auto Image Auto Spa and as she indicates in her complaint, Darrick was misrepresenting my business, but she continued to proceed in dealing with him on her ownHer allegations toward my establishment are unjustified and between this situation is between her and Darrick W***.Since all this has taken placeDarrick W*** has admitted to what he did and willingly agreed to provide the attached notarized statement in regards to this issue.Comell H***Auto Image and Spa###-###-####C : AutoZone ManagementI, Darrick W***, knowingly purchased a part under the Auto Image account at Autozone, to be used for therepair of a Nissan Altima, belonging to *** Snipes, without the knowledge or permission of the companyowner, Cornell H***I did this after he instructed me to/discontinue communications with MsSnipes, while oncompany time or property, and to tell her to come pick up her vehide, due to the inappropriate conversations shewas having with the Auto Image customers that were present at the tlme.Darrick W***

Now I see the attachments However, what exactly do you mean you will be closing assuming no on there business is needed from you the Revdex.com You haven't done anything I still don't have my I will respond within days to these lies by this shaddy business owner as I have previously stated

The respond provided by the auto image owner are al lies I will respond to them shortly However I forwarded copies of the receipts which have signatures all over them Iwant to make sure that the Revdex.com is in receipt of them Please confirm reception.***

Ordered a VIP detailing package and received a ROP package - *** Stay away and save your money I would not have my kids bicycle detailed with them *** the service is just not up to par with other professional auto detailers I would give this company stars for serviceAgain, beware of this company

Purchased the [redacted] for this company with high hopes and was disappointed. They sell the [redacted] claiming you will get the VIP Package and at best I received the Platinum package. I dropped my car off at 8 am after waiting 3 months for my appointment and was told my car would be ready by 5. Arrived shortly after 5 and my car was in the wash bay just getting the hand wash. I was told my car would be ready in 15 mins, which is interesting being as my [redacted] entitled me to a chamois dry (never happened, my exterior was still wet when I got in my car), clay bar treatment that never happened and there was no waxing or paint sealant done. I essentially paid $100 for them to shampoo my carpets. The interior clean was okay, but there were streaks on the windows and dash and some sticky substance on my steering wheel. This company is selling a VIP experience, but is providing a service of less than what you pay for. Wouldn't recommend and certainly won't be going back.
