Review: ON 3/5/2014 I BOUGHT AN ENGINE FOR 2002 BEETLE 2.0 FOR THE SUM OF $820.00 .THE SALES MAN NAMED [redacted]E TOLD ME THAT THE ENGINE HAD ONLY 80K ON IT AND WAS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. I HAD CHOICE FROM OTHER COMPANY AT CHEAPER PRICE FOR ONLY $720 BUT BECAUSE [redacted]E TOLD ME IT HAD LOW MILLAGE SO I WANT WITH HIS. I WOULD LIKE INFORM YOU THAT I DO OWN AND SELF EMPLOYED WITH I OWN COMPANY CHALLENGE MOTOR,WHICH I STARTED IN 2013 . THIS ENGINE WAS FOR THE CUSTOMER BUT AFTER INSTALLING IT WAS MAKING A HEAVY KNOCKING SOUND INTERNALLY . SO I TOLD THEM TO COME AND INSPECT THE ENGINE THEY SAID THEY WILL BUT NEVER DID. FINALLY SENDS ANOTHER ENGINE TO MY SURPRISE IT ALSO HAD HEAVY KNOCKING SOUND AND THRU CODES P0300,P0301,P0302;P0304.CALL THEM THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND ANOTHER ENGINE AND THEY NEVER DID. SO AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING FOR ENGINE AND REFUND I HAD TO BUY ANTHER ENGINE FROM LKQ AND RE INSTALL THE ENGINE FOR THE THIRD TIME. DURING THIS PROCESS I LOST MY TIME AND MONEY REDOING WORK AND LOST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHICH AFFECTED MY BUSINESS I HAVE MADE HUGE LOSES I HAVE A CLAIM FOR $4300 FOR ENGINE,LABOR , SUPPLIES, TIME LOST ON LIFT.Desired Settlement: PAID FOR ENGINE $820LABOR 2X 1200 $2400OIL COOLANT ETC 100LOST INCOME AND LIFT OCCUPATION $1000 TOTAL $4320.00

Review: I purchased a used engine for a 2012 Audi A4 from them on 10/08/14. The engine didn't arrive for weeks and after many phone calls I finally got a tracking number only to find that it had not left their facility yet. The engine finally arrived on 11/03/14 and my technician installed it in the customers vehicle. When we went to start it the engine made noises and would not start. After speaking with their tech, [redacted], we were told that he had done some repairs to the cylinder head and we should pull the upper cover and check the timing chain/ gears. When we did we found the exhaust cam was installed 180* off causing bent valves and major damage. Also, the bolt that holds the exhaust cam gear on was not correct. (My tech is a Audi certified Master Technician for over 7 years) The correct bolt has a special head and is one time use as it is a stretch bolt. We sent videos and pictures of the engine to AI USA and spoke with John about sending it back for refund on 11/10. Since then no one will return phone calls. This engine was supposed to be a good used take out. Nothing was mentioned until after the failure that it had been "repaired" or taken apart previously.Desired Settlement: I was told they would send a truck to pick it up and refund my money but that has not happened. The engine was sold to me with a 6 month warranty and it never even started so I feel that I should receive a refund.

Review: I ve been trying since sep 2,2014 to get my money refunded back for a front passenger seat for a 2005 [redacted], that was delivered to me august 29,2014, the service contact person [redacted]! Sent me. Seat for a 2002-2004 mini copper the seat didn't fit my car I asked [redacted] before I put order in if seat didn't fit would that refund he said yes I've asked tHim after trying more then several time not being able to contact [redacted] after more then a week went by [redacted] did not return any of my phone calls I did finally get threw to him on a different number he said he would have seat picked up and return my money of $240.00 dollars I've been given the run around by [redacted] and other employees I've been talked to very rudely I beleave that becuase I'm a women and live far away they refuse to return my money I also beleave they might feel I will get tired of there run around and not returning my call ill get tired and go away! All I want is to have my money returned and for this company not to continue to act this way with women. I [redacted] and Auto Imports U.S.A inc. have resolved an issue of my refund on 09/17/2014. Refund was regarding a seat for a [redacted] car, which happened to be the wrong merchandise. Although, this situation was, [redacted] of Auto Imports still proceeded to email me. During the process of this refund [redacted]’s tone over the phone was very strong and it was obvious he was not happy. B.B.B contacted Auto Imports with the complaint so therefore, after the merchandise was picked up and auto Imports was aware of the complaint I received this email . The time I was trying to contact [redacted] regarding my refund, I never got a call right back. Yet, as soon as he seen the complaint was in and the driver had given me my refund he emailed me rapidly right after. I believe if the the situation was handled I should have not received anything further from auto imports. I feel it is very unprofessional and uncalled for. All I wanted was for my refund and to go about my life without auto imports. I never wanted to feel harassed for putting in a complaint not getting the right customer service. I am very hopeful some action will be done.

Review: On October 1, 2013, I ordered two parts from Auto Imports USA Inc. for a 2001 Audi S4. I received my order on October 5. One of the parts was sent correctly, but the other, an axle, was wrong. I had ordered (and was billed for) a front axle, and instead received a rear one. They are not interchangeable. I contacted Auto Imports on October 7 (the first business day after I received the parts) and they said they would check on it and call me back in 15 minutes. This did not happen. After calling them several times I finally reached them on October 8th, at which time they admitted that I had been sent the wrong part, and that they did not have the correct one available. I was told that I would be sent a return label in order to return the wrong part. After calling and/or leaving voicemails on October 10, 11, 14, and 18th, I finally received the return label on October 21. None of my voicemails were returned, although I was told on the 14th that I needed to provide my e-mail address (which I had already done, but did again as requested) and then told on the 18th that they "don't really do return labels" and that I should pay for the shipping myself...fortunately, I had not been able to do that before I finally received the label. I shipped the axle back and on October 25 received notification from UPS that it had been delivered and signed for. On October 30 I called because I had not received my refund for $65. I was told that the refund would be processed by November 1. On November 6, I called again because I still had not received my refund. I was told that the "billing department was a couple weeks behind." It is now November 12 and I have still not received my refund.

I would like my $65 refunded. I am not asking for a refund for the $35 scuff panel I also purchased (which was sent correctly), or the $15 shipping cost. I simply want the $65 for the axle that was wrong, and which I returned as requested.

Review: On August 7, 2013 I spoke to [redacted] and order a radiator fan for a 2008 Mercedes Benz C300. He said within a week the part will be delivered and nothing ever came. So then on August 20, 2013 I call back to cancelled the order and credit my credit card. I notice later that no credit was given. I called [redacted] and then spoke to Joe in which the order was cancelled and refund my credit. I then check my credit card company and no action was taken. I again call [redacted] and ask him that nothing was resolve and he said it will take a month to recieve my credit. I tried several times after that to contact him requesting a copy of the cancellation and proof of recieving any credit. To this time nothing was resolve and need further assistance to pursue this matter. I appreciate your time and service and hopefully we will find a resolution.Desired Settlement: No service render nor automotive part delivered. I just want my refund! Thank you.

As previously stated on August 7.2013 I order the part and waited till August 20,2013. Prior to that I call about the wherabouts such as tracking number of the part several times and nothing was delivered. So I called [redacted] to cancelled the order and credit as a refund to my card and he agree to it.

Review: I went to this company on 7/10/14 to order and pay in cash for a VW Computer and the Guy who made me the order explained to me that the part will be delivered in 5 / 7 days to me and I never received it I called them two weeks later and always they said we will send you the VW computer in the next 3/4 day with any problems, Now is over 60 DAYS and I haven't received nothing, I requested to speak with the manager in charge ( [redacted] ). [redacted] has a very bad Customer Service, because when I explained to him my experience and requested my Money back he Started to be Very Aggressive and He has been ignoring me.Second; I called him many times and He hasen't returned my phone calls, and He doesn't remember nothing about my order.In the morning of Sep. 6, 2014 I went to his business with the owner of the VW van to get our money back and [redacted] WASN'T there the guy who was theretold us Don't worry he will send you a check and pay you soon. But guess what? [redacted] never call me back. Right Now I can see that we doesn't want to pay me back and keep my money, but I will going to do everything by the LAW and get my money back.I saw in the Revdex.com Complaint that some people had the same experience that me and That is not good.Revdex.com, I hope with all your help and any Legal authority I can get my Money back and Show this Guy ( [redacted] ) that he is in the wrong Business.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL $269.38 PLUS EXPENSSES.

Customer came in to order a product we did not have in stock we told him that we will have to place an order, which we had our vendor check to see if they have it in stock which they did but the next day when we called to purchase it they told us they are waiting to get their inventory in to ship the item out, prior to that I told the customer there is no cash refunds on parts we have to order or we could do store credit or he could wait until we receive a vehicle with the same part to be sent to him.

THE POINT IS THIS; THEY NEVER, NEVER SEND ME THE PART AS THE MENTIONED TO ME, I DON'T KNOW THE PROCESS TO GET IT ONLY I BELIEVED THEM

BECAUSE I AM A SINGLE CLIENT TO BUY A PART FROM A PLACE THAT I THOUGHT WAS PROFESSIONAL, BUT ITS NOT.

AND THE PROBLEM I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,. ITS COMMON SENSE IF YOU AS A BUSINESS MENTION IN 5 TO 7 DAYS YOU WILL RECEIVE THE PART IS BECAUSE YOU

KNOW THE TIME FRAME TO DO IT BUT THIS MATTER TOOK FOREVER.

THIS MATTER IS FROM LONG TIME AGO. AND THE PROBLEM THEY HAVE A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS WHY I WANT MY MONEY BACK
