I recommended a place called auto-interior.com to a friend recently for a carpet kit for their car which I planned to install for them However when they tried to place the order and have it shipped to me this company rejected the order because the billing and shipping addresses didn't match Then they sent the lady a nasty email saying, [color=#4000BF]"Once an order has been rejected, for whatever reason, [b]we will [u]not[/u] place it again[/b]Please find another vendor who may be able to assist you with this order."[/color] We agreed that I would place the order and that would eliminate the problem, so I placed the order using my credit card, shipping address and billing address which were the same The company then sent us both a nasty email saying,[color=#4000BF] "As we said in our original emailsee below Once an order has been rejected, for whatever reason, [b]we will [u]not[/u] place it again[/b]Please find another vendor who may be able to assist you with this order."[/color] I called the company asking them why I hadn't received an email confirmation of my order? The guy said, he would look into it and call me back - never did I called again and left a message but no response Today I cancelled the order via email and notified my credit card company that I wanted to stop payment if it was submitted Just a heads up not to do business with this outfit

Hello, I also would not recommend them to anyone else for useToday I placed the order only to receive their famous once an order is rejected it will not be placed again for any reasonI am working out of town and do use a different shipping addressIf they want to use their terms and conditions as an excuse, shrink them to less than pagesThey should implement a little computer programmingIts a simple measure to put in place a limit on non matched addresses so you don't screw what would have been your customer from ordering elsewhere, holding onto funds that don't release right awaypoor business practice-rude
