We are in receipt of your letter dated October 18, on which Mrs [redacted] makes a complaint about our agency.Explanation: Unfortunately the person in charge of this department was sick at the moment this incident happened and we try to respond to her as soonest we could, but since there is coverage involve we had to do our research before we could do any Refund or cancellation in order to protect our clients and their assets.We were able to locate the refund and immediately issue the check to Reimburse the money collected from the bank.Please find attached the receipt signed by her and the copy of the cashed check.I take this matter very serious and in our year in business we never had an incident like this or a letter from your agency of any complaint before.her questions please don't hesitate to contact me directly

Auto International Insurance is a fraudulent insurance agency that has created a fake policy and has stolen more than $1000 from my escrow account. Customer service is terrible. They do not answer phone calls, they do not reply to emails, they hang up on you when you call for information. I had to physically drive 3 hours to get information and fight for my refund. They are liars and steal money from innocent people. Do not do business with this agency, they will take your money without authorization from client.
