I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe response from the company is falseI have over a dozen witness' who have gone through this horrible service with meI have a few who heard Ann herself tell me they left my car running for hours outsideMy vehicle went in the last time in working condition (other than overheating) with a FULL tank of gasFor almost a week they ignored our phone calls/emailsMy brother in law was in the area and went to the shop for my car to be not workingI had my car towed out of there with A HALF A TANK LESS OF GAS! So half a tank was usedMy car was driven there, but was completely not working and makong strange noises when [redacted] towed it to my sister in laws drivewayI have about people from my mother in laws place of employment who seen me every day using her car because mine was always in the shopAll of the miles put on my car were not from myselfThey obviously wasted a half a tank of gas from the 14th-20thThey used my car as a loaner before I purchased it and never changed the mileage on the paperworkMy car WAS back in the shop right after I brought it home for overheatingThey had it for days the first time for them to "unfreeze" my thermostat? They NEVER contacted me and would ALWAYS contact my brother in law with MY information - which is illegalI never gave them consent toThey ignored my calls and emails for almost a week so they can figure out a way to blame me for the car not working! my car went in working, but was towed awayWhen they found out I contacted you, they called my BROTHER in law AGAIN and told him I better get my car from their parking lot because they won't help meWhen the tow company showed ? I asked my brother in law to meet them there since I had no vehicle and thr owner laughed that I had to "walk" places nowI talked to numerous mechanics about the situation with the SAME responseThey all told me that auto junction did NOT check all the issues because they would have caught thatThey have no doubt in their mind that auto junction did that by leaving it running while overheatingmy father in law passed away November 28thHe was a mechanic his WHOLE working lifeHe always earned me about dangers with vehiclesI would NEVER drive a vehicle if it overheatedin fact, I was stuck in the freezing cold on the expressway at night because the car overheated and all I could do was sit therei have many witness' who can confirm my statementsEveryone who helped me get placesmy friends would make comments like "they'e had your car more than you have"I am very disappointed in the lies the company is tellingI will not stop fighting because I am not in the wrongI have no vehicle because I bought it from a dealer who never fixed the overheating issue that they promised to fix, but just gave it a quick go so it wouldn't overheat for a few milesI have looked them up on the internet and it says their company is permanently closedwith many bad reviews on what they'e done to other peopleSomething is very sketchyI will gladly have my witness' write statements as well of what trouble auto junction has given mePlease take this response into considerationLike I said I will continue to fight for what is rightI'm not trying to make a quick buckI love my vehicle when it workedI wouldn't harm itmy only form of transportation without having to pay everyone to take me places or let me use their vehicle? I am writing in response to the aforementioned complaint(Repair issue)I would like to begin by saying that this complaint is completely inacurateFirst off the *** *** did not start overheating days after she purchased the vehicleWhen she did bring the vehicle in the issue was not
only addressed but resolvedShe was also given a loaner car to drive, while her vehicle was being repairedObviously since she drove the vehicle nearly 3,miles in the short time she's had it, it must not have been too much of an issue or she drove the vehicle while it was over heatingI never told Ms*** that we ran and drove the vehicle while it was overheatingThat is absolutely absurd!! I did however state that we ran and drove the vehicle trying to get it to over heatThe vehicle would not, I repeat, would not overheat for usHow ever we did check for coolant leaks, changed the thermostatWe did a chemical test to check the head gaskets and that passed with no issuesWe also flushed the coolant system and finnally flushed the heater coreAgain we were unable to make the vehicle overheatWe did offer to pay for the labor to replace the motorShe would have to purchase the engineHowever now that she has filed a complaint and contacted an attorneyWe are no longer willing to do even thatThank you for your time in addressing this issueOwner/Manager Robert Windrum Secretary Anna S

Customer is aware of the north western PA weather.  Carolina Carports (CCI) will not install the carport due to this changing, below Zero weather as it was scheduled many times since Oct. 2017, and now Dec. 15th, which is miserable.  CCI is refunding the customer and canceling the...

order.  The customer wrote the deposit check to a contracted sales person representing Auto Junction Inc (AJI) as a dealer for CCI which is noted on the contract, and we expressed to the customer that this was not the thing a consumer should do.  AJI should have received the deposit as we represent CCI, not an employee.  This matter has been forwarded to City Of Bradford PA Police Dept. to Officer [redacted] months ago for the actions of this contracted employee.  Regardless of this explanation, the contract clearly states, "This purchase agreement is made by and between CCI, a NC Corp. and  'the buyer's name'."John L[redacted]Auto Junction Inc
