Mr [redacted] brought in his trailer and said the roof a/c on his trailer would not work with shore power or by his generator . My tech plugged in the trailer to shore power and it blew our breaker so he went on the roof and pulled the cover cleaned the condenser,evaporator,blower wheels then turned it...
on again the unit is now running and was let run for a hour .we charge 180.00 on this kind of service also we have the customer fill out a work order that go's to the tech with what the customer complaints are I will send a copy of this with this.When Mr [redacted] picked up his trailer he didnt much like the price ,and when he left he pulled up into the entrance to our shop then came back in and said that the a/c wouldnt work with his generator I asked him if he would back it up and I would go out and look at it with in a few minutes he got in his truck and left .later on he came back with out the trailer and said he wanted half his money back because we only did half the job ,I again asked him to bring his trailer and I would help him figure out the issue with his generator he told me no and he didnt trust us to do this work!again he said that I owed him half of his money back and I told him thats what we normally charge for that service.on that friday I did call Mr [redacted] to see if I could work something out I left a message . the following we I talk with him and told him that if it would make him happy and would resolve the issue I would give him back 90.00 he told me that he had asked around and told me that everyone said that we were to high in price and he told me he should have asked what the charge would be before he even dropped it off ! at this time I have had no further contact with [redacted] Roy K[redacted] Shop Manager
