This person was unreasonable and unruly at all levels and after being told many times over that we could not do the job he expected he said NO PROBLEM do your best -- these are all pants I can no longer use as I've lost weight and just do your best on trying to take pants down to inches per pant--these are pants that cannot be tailoring in the waist we told him over and over and over and over again but he insisted and after doing the work and putting hours into the job he wanted a refund for the work and new pants to boot all for free HE was told by other stores that they would NOT do the alterations, he brought in all used pants and wanted us to give him new pants since he lost weightThis person Accused us of taking a par of his USED pants -- after he was very rude and accusing of our staff -- this person found the pants in the back of his car (this was just one of his actions while in our stores)We after telling him again this was not a good idea and again sharing with him a couple more times no refunds on alterations and that we were not comfortable doing the job (you could tell this guy was going to be trouble) we did the job--he did not like the work and demanded we do the work again for free even though he was told by the tailoring department and front end personal that we could not do that much tailoring to a used pant--he was rude, mean and was not honest about us losing his pant (the pant he had the whole time in the back of his car).This person was unfair, rude, and with all his past including accusing us of losing a pair of his pants etcWe are no longer interested in his business or having him on our property

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is an extremely unfortunate circumstance, I am appalled on the unfair business practice of this company which include the owner conduct towards me as a concern customer Everything that was said as a response from the company is untrueThis matter has not yet been resolvedAce uniform website states that they would gladly refund or exchange items within daysAfter I purchased the handcuffs, I called five days later to request an exchange because they were the wrong handcuffs purchasedI first spoke with a sales clerk named [redacted] over the over prior to arriving to the store the same day of the phone callI inquired about their refund policy because I needed to exchanged two items (handcuffs and a belt) [redacted] stated it would be ok to exchange both items Upon my arrival, I met with [redacted] who identified himself as the store managerHis first respond was, "let me think about it, then two minutes later he allowed me to only to exchange the belt but not the handcuffsi attempted to speak with [redacted] regarding the exchange, however his response was that [redacted] was only a sales clerkAfter leaving the store, I called and spoke with [redacted] who identified herself as the assistance managerI asked if she could explain the return policy to me as I was upset with nature of the unfair business practice [redacted] was willing to assist me when [redacted] interrupted [redacted] than advised me to contact the owner (later identified as ***) as he would be in the store the up coming MondayAt approximately hours, I contacted Ace Uniform and requested to speak with ***I introduced myself and requested to speak with him regarding my concernsAs I attempted to explain what had happen, he stopped me from talking and placed me on hold for approximately minutesminutes later he came back to the phone and immediately advised me that the store does not exchange handcuffs I responded by asking him why wouldn't he allow me to explain the details of events [redacted] responses was rude and disrespectful towards [redacted] also excused me of harassing himI immediately explained that I was only a customer who wanted to resolve the matter not feel intimated by his aggressive behavior towards me Than on May at approximately I received a phone from a private numberThe man identified himself as [redacted] from Ace Uniform [redacted] stated, "I just want to warn You I am going to file a restraining order on you!" I immediately disconnected the phone call, cried and documented the incident The reason I am unable to accept the business response is due to the owner misconduct towards me, misleading advertisement regarding return policy, and liesMy request still stand, a complete refund of handcuff within days or I will file a small claim Thank you [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution Regards, [redacted]

Again this is completely not true --we have printed on all receipts and posted in our store no returns or refunds, we never spoke with her nor do we want to speak with herThank you

We have nothing to say to this complaint except the complaint and the reply are out of context at all levels and at best bending the truth and facts. We ask that this person not come to our stores ever again as a matter of employee and management safety

First of all I was not unruly, I conducted myself very respectfully, and I do not wish anything for freeI only asked for a refund at that time for the tailoring that was not done properlyOne of those five pairs to fit meAnd that is because I called them before they started the tailoring then I had to wait another week for one pair of pantsSo me asking and only asking for a refund on the tailoring and not free pants is not unreasonableThis is a on respect full business owner a disrespectful person and should have their business license revokedAnd they sent me a threat through the Revdex.com that can tell you right there what kind of people these are.

99% of this information is wrong and misleading we have a no refund policy and she was explained that time and time again, she was trying to return opened handcuffs after we told her over and over no.  she said 35 plus times she was not making it a big deal out of this and was not trying...

to get and went on and on and on for over 30 minutes that she was not trying to make any issues or get anyone in trouble etc.. this person customer contacted and harassed our employees over and over and over again spending over an 30 minutes of employees time   honesty she harassed and badgered myself and all the employees she came in contact with -- we ask that she does not return to any of our retail stores thank you

My request still stand, a complete refund of handcuff within 30 days or I will file a small claim.  Thank you
