To whom it may concern,         2005 Dodge [redacted] was sold to Mr. [redacted] on 22nd of February 2018. Sold the vehicle As-Is and signed the As-Is paper by the costumer. He wanted the truck to be shipped to Delaware by his own shipper. We asked him to come for a test...

drive and he waved his rights to check the truck. We sent him pictures and the inspection sticker. Truck was checked and driven by us. Truck passed Virginia State Inspection. At the time of the sale we moved the truck from our second location to the main office. the truck ran fine, had no issues, no engine light. Once he received the truck after a week he started to complain of the truck. for good faith we had given him 90 day warranty that was paid by us during the time of sale. He still complained and at this point I wont be able to do anything. I can offer [redacted] dollars to make him happy even though he waved his rights to test drive the truck.
