I used Carolina Benefits when looking to buy insurance, they are very helpful before the sell, but after you purchase it, the customer service is horrible, I stopped by to check on something On Jan.31, [redacted] told me she was very busy but could wait, a short time later an old lady came out and said that [redacted] would be tied up more than hours and no way to help me that day, I left and went next door for and few minutes and returned to ask question and receptionist was sitting in [redacted] office carrying on conversation, I don't know why this place doesn't care about it's customers, because when you lose one, you can't make up for the one you lost and will never get references, Te owner [redacted] really doesn't care that his employees are like this, I now know that there are other places with better customer service

I am rejecting this response because: While I am aware of the "as-is" purchase I got myself into, that Andrew keeps repeating to me every time I talk to himI am not ok with being charged for the repair on the transmission, regardless of the fact that I contacted Auto Land prior to the daysThe law, AB-mandates that "buy-here-pay-here" dealers in California must provide at least a 1,mile/ day warranty on ALL used cars they offer for sale -no matter how old or how many miles are on the odometerPlus if a "buy-here-pay-here" dealer claims the car is being sold "As-Is", the law says car buyers are still deemed to have the benefit of the warrantySo by charging me and ignoring my claims about the other problems with the vehicle when brought to his attention, he is violating this lawI do not, and should not have to pay for the repairs that I am being charged with, and I should have a working vehicle, which I do not He said to bring the vehicle into him when he finally got back to meI thought it was because he was going to take care of it for meHe said he was "trying to help me out", and that he is not required to, being that I "bought a vehicle as-is"The transmission was not the only problem, which is what I told him when I contacted him initially, but he ignored meI told him the mechanic I went to found six engine codes, and he ignored that tooI even have the paper printed out, which I am attaching here, that has those codes. When I picked up my vehicle he said he had someone he knows work on the transmission, and they gave a month warranty on it as wellSo if there are any problems, it's coveredHe explained that normally I would have to pay $for that kind of work, but he got it down to $He claimed that he is going to "help you out even more"by "only charging you for half of that, so $is all you have to pay!" Then he preceded to ask me when I will have the money to pay! I was not even informed of the charge prior to any work being done, and was not given a work order/service receipt for the work claimed to have been completed! I was not forced to sign anything about the cost I am to come up with eitherI was told that the transmission was the reason the car was dying and not running rightTherefore, he ignored the other issues all togetherThe car ran rough after I picked it back upIt would not shift smoothly from second to third gear, revving up to and before finally shifting, almost as if it were slippingI called him immediately, and was told to "drive it a little more and see if it works itself out"So I did for about a week before it stopped running again due to the fuel pumpI told him about this before and he said the transmission was why it was running the way it was, dying and all, but it that was not the caseSo he said I am being charged even though I didn't approve of this prior, and made it sound as if I were getting a deal! Not only this but I still do not have a working vehicle, and just Sunday 8/27/17, I had it towed to my mechanic and I had to pay an additional $for the fuel pump and the labor to replace itAnd that was only half the price it was going to cost had we not found the part usedThis is not even including my missing work because I did not have a vehicle to get thereI am poor already, and paid a down payment of $on this vehicle that was $before taxes and feesThat was every single penny I hadLike I said, I told him when I took the vehicle to him for the transmission, that it was not the only thing wrongHe brushed me offSO I reject the response from them

I am rejecting this response because:
While I am aware of the "as-is" purchase I got myself into, that Andrew keeps repeating to me every time I talk to him. I am not ok with being charged for the repair on the transmission, regardless of the fact that I contacted Auto Land prior to the 30 days. The law, AB-1447 mandates that "buy-here-pay-here" dealers in California must provide at least a 1,000 mile/ 30 day warranty on ALL used cars they offer for sale -no matter how old or how many miles are on the odometer. Plus if a "buy-here-pay-here" dealer claims the car is being sold "As-Is", the law says car buyers are still deemed to have the benefit of the warranty. So by charging me and ignoring my claims about the other problems with the vehicle when brought to his attention, he is violating this law. I do not, and should not have to pay for the repairs that I am being charged with, and I should have a working vehicle, which I do not.  He said to bring the vehicle into him when he finally got back to me. I thought it was because he was going to take care of it for me. He said he was "trying to help me out", and that he is not required to, being  that I "bought a vehicle as-is". The transmission was not the only problem, which is what I told him when I contacted him initially, but he ignored me. I told him the mechanic I went to found six engine codes, and he ignored that too. I even have the paper printed out, which I am attaching here, that has those codes. When I picked up my vehicle he said he had someone he knows work on the transmission, and they gave a 6 month warranty on it as well. So if there are any problems, it's covered. He explained that normally I would have to pay $1500 for that kind of work, but he got it down to $750. He claimed that he is going to "help you out even more".... by "only charging you for half of that, so $350 is all you have to pay!" Then he preceded to ask me when I will have the  money to pay! I was not even informed of the charge prior to any work being done, and was not given a work order/service receipt for the work claimed to have been completed! I was not forced to sign anything about the cost I am to come up with either. I was told that the transmission was the reason the car was dying and not running right. Therefore, he ignored the other issues all together. The car ran rough after I picked it back up. It would not shift smoothly from second to third gear, revving up to 4 and 5 before finally shifting, almost as if it were slipping. I called him immediately, and was told to "drive it a little more and see if it works itself out". So I did for about a week before it stopped running again due to the fuel pump. I told him about this before and he said the transmission was why it was running the way it was, dying and all, but it that was not the case. So he said I am being charged even though I didn't approve of this prior, and made it sound as if I were getting a deal! Not only this but I still do not have a working vehicle, and just Sunday 8/27/17, I had it towed to my mechanic and I had to pay an additional $230 for the fuel pump and the labor to replace it. And that was only half the price it was going to cost had we not found the part used. This is not even including my missing work because I did not have a vehicle to get there. I am poor already, and paid a down payment of $3000 on this vehicle that was $3800 before taxes and fees. That was every single penny I had. Like I said, I told him when I took the vehicle to him for the transmission, that it was not the only thing wrong. He brushed me off. SO I reject the response from them.

On 7/1/2017 we sold a 2005 Ford Explorer runs very good and smogged the same day the customer ( sara moya ) she put 3000 down and she supposed to pay 200 every 15th And the car is sold AS is no warranty but we traid to help her and we fix the car and the car still have 6 month warranty on the...
