Review: Called auto Latino insurance to get full coverage on a 2010 chevorlet camaro ss for myself, my daughter, and my son that has a DUI and told that it was going to be $302.00 dollars for the down payment including the first month, and including all of my son's tickets. Employee [redacted], mentioned if it did up it will only go up $10 dollars. I paid $302.00 for my full coverage insurance,was given a California insurance identification card stating the car was full covered with all three of us being full covered and about 1 week and a half, I received a letter saying I don't have insurance on the camaro. I called auto Latino insurance explained to them I didn't have insurance and asked for my money back, they said they will only be able to give me $50 backDesired Settlement: I would like a refund, I was lied to the car does not have insurance!

On March 29 2014, we received a phone call from dealer Stadium sales person requesting a quote for [redacted]. The quote was done including 2010 Chevrolet Camaro, 2000 Honda Civic & 1997 Toyota
Camry ( Only the 2010 Chevy Camaro with full coverage with 500 deductible ), the other 2 vehicles with liability insurance only, 15/30/10. We where Informed by Ms. [redacted] that her son [redacted] was convicted for DUI, so we advised that the monthly payment would increase aprox 20 dollars, this to be confirmed until the company gets the DMV records.
A couple of days after I transmitted the policy, the [redacted] underwriting department declines coverage on the 2010 Chevy Camaro based on the driving records of the listed drivers.
[redacted] mailed the notification to [redacted] announcing their decision. After receiving the letter, [redacted] called our office to inform us about the letter and our first reaction was to try to help him. Unfortunately they didn't have any program to cover his needs and they offered a $ 50.90 Reimbursement. Ms. [redacted] request reimbursement for the full amount ( $302.00), our agency Auto Latino Insurance agreed to reimburse the balance of $ 252.00 added to the $ 50.90 that [redacted] reimbursed makes the$ 302.00 dollars that they paid.
On 04/12/14 Ms. [redacted] collected at our office the reimbursement that we agreed.
I attached a letter that proof my statement.
