Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have included the email correspondence between Jeanette, Cindy and myself in regards to this business transaction. It will document how we reached out to her company back in November 2014 (11 months before the requested date of the event I can provide phone records if needed) and was asked to reach out in April/May because we were "too early" and "there was enough time to complete". It will show the dates and time of interaction which will show that it was not "constant calling" but reasonable time frames of inquiry by email. She never stated that she never had a store front and never mentioned September as the date of fulfillment.  My "[redacted] email" which I have placed in bold shows not me being "nasty" but extreme frustration at the lack of professionalism and time frame of response in regards to my purchase and inquiry. When she stated that she could not make 1:30, I then inquired about what time they opened and I did not demand for them to wait to 2:30, as you will see in th email. There is nothing unreasonable about my request or nothing that was not discussed and promised by this company. She even gave a date of when the samples would be send and again never communicated that it would not be fulfilled. There was no time that we did not act in a respectful manner until the end.  Several times she states that she can do it and that its not a problem. Until the most recent emails which is the first she mentioned of "squeezing in my order" and then that she will not fulfill my order.  I am asking for an apology and fulfillment of my order.  In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.Sincerely,[redacted] r company back in November 2014 (11 months before the requested date of the event I can provide phone records if needed) and was asked to reach out in May because we were "too early" and "there was enough time to complete". This compliant was total false , this woman contacted us to do an October event we told her to he book up a year in advance  but we would squeeze her in  and for her to call us back in September . She keep calling wanting us to send her samples , we explained we were very busy as we were...

in the middle of wedding season , she asked if she could stop in to pick up the samples and we explained that we don't have a store front . She kept calling asking for samples to be sent to her and we explained again that we were in the middle of wedding season and we would not be able to help her till September but if she wanted I would have a sample for her to pick up at the kitchen I work out of, she said ok and asked what time to pick up so I told her she could pick up at  1:30 pm , that was the latest would be at the kitchen as it is a kitchen we rent we don't own it and can't stay there all day . Her friend sent a very [redacted] email that I would be happy to show you , stating she could not meet us at 1:30 and that they wanted to come later and said she expected us to wait for her. After receiving her very [redacted] email we sent her a return email letting her know we would not be able to help her. He are a very small boutique business but we manage to produce a lot of orders every month and we always have out clients love the work we do and love the attention we give them . our clients treat us with respect and we treat them with respect as well but we will not work with someone who treats us [redacted] and we have the right to turn away business because of how we are treated by potential clients. I am sorry if she has a bad experience but she needs to know had she not become [redacted] and demanding we would have gladly squeezed her in and completed her order. But under no circumstance will we do work for a disrespect, [redacted] demanding person.
