I am rejecting this response because: I did not extend because I was going to be late my pay period had changed also this place has no longer earned my business because of unsatisfactory and unprofessional people

No Deal . Title office office told me $16 plus you can tack on another $20 for leaving work early and fuel . Total of $36.00 This is your problem not mine for not sending priority with tracking . A complaint has been filed against Klaben Auto and Auto Loan Inc with the State of Ohio attorney Generals office also
