Terrible Company and Service
Our company purchased an International Durastar Jetting truck from Nanci at S&N. She was extremely curt and pushy with the sale, and I should have trusted my gut. We made the mistake of going off the ad instead of viewing the truck in person. After a nightmare of back and forth dealing with their financing company regarding mistakes with the title and registration, we finally got the truck. When it arrived, the "new tires" the ad claimed the truck had were completely dry rotted to where it was not roadworthy. We immediately replaced the front tires and reached out to Nanci to see if there was something she could do, as the truck was advertised with NEW tires and we felt this expense could have been avoided. She was extremely defensive and rude, to the point she was practically yelling at us on the phone, and claiming we were insinuating that she was a "liar" and that her team must be "blind" if they didn't catch the dry rot themselves. We also noticed they removed the ad of the truck where they made this claim, and they normally keep all the sales ads up- confirming to us they knew their mistake and wanted to get rid of evidence. We had sent her pictures of the tires and the invoice and left the ball in her court. As a growing company we wanted a reliable supplier of jetting equipment, and it was up to her if she wanted a potential future customer for life. To give her credit, she eventually sent us the reimbursement for the tires. However, we hadn't even had the truck a week and it broke down, and is in the shop for repairs starting at a $20k estimate to get it working with a replacement parts lead time of 6 weeks. Not to mention we still do not have a title in the mail to get this truck registered. We purchased it at the beginning of the year and it will be obsolete until mid April. Needless to say we have learned our lesson purchasing from Nanci and S&N, and I hope others do not have the same experience. We have purchased a lot of used equipment without issues, and would recommend going elsewhere where they value their customers and will work with you to make things right (among supplying quality equipment that actually works). Especially, do not use Nanci.

Firstly I called *** on the 13th and told him the air had quit workingIt stopped working miles into the drive home. Then when I tried to drive the car into Phx it started to overheat. That's why *** came to pick up the car. I was led to believe the car only had miles on it. The odometer stopped working in according to the autocheck report. The auto auction where he bought it branded the title "exceeds mechanical limits" He did not disclose this fact to me. Most important the contract I signed is not valid because he did not sign it. The car was misrepresented and I asked for my money back when I realized that fact. He lied to me about where the car came from. He should be investigated for consumer fraudIts unfair practices for him to keep my $6000. He's causing me financial distress

To whom it may concern We did sale a Chevrolet HHR VIN # 3GNDA23P56S662720 To Crystal C*** O** on 04/29/the sale price was $plus tax and fees, After MrsO** looked over the vehicle and went on a test drive she made me an offer of $OTD, I then accepted the
offer and we printed the paper work and going over the details she signed itMrsO** then informed me that she will be going out of town the next day and cannot pickup the vehicle till she gets back, MrsO** then called me on 05/13/and asked if we can deliver the vehicle to her friends houseOn 05/15/she called me and said that the air conditioner stop working I asked her to either bring it in or that we could pick it up and we would look at and fix it, We went out to pick it up and at that time she said that she had some concerns abut the odometer I told her that I would look and see what the problem was and fix itAs of today the car is fixed and is ready to be picked up the AC is working, the odometer is working and the vehicle is not overheating If you have any questions please call me, office hours are 9am to 6pm 602-997-2984 ere

Auto locators has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!! Leroy truly went out of his way to make sure I found the right car!! I would recommend Auto locator to everyone!!

Mrs. Ot* does not wish to  keep the vehicle even though it is in good working condition the speedometer works it does not overheat and the air-conditioner works I will consider refunding her some money but I would have to withhold the taxes and the fees
