refunded all her fees back to [redacted]. As far as the mechanics of the vehicle, she purchased the vehicle from Autoloox AS-IS and was fully aware that there was going to be no warranty on the vehicle and the dealer assumes no responsibly of any repairs or diagnostics after the sale. and she signed all applicable documents stating that she fully understands the (As IS) warranty agreement. However, because we take pride in our vehicles and want to keep our clients happy, we offered to pay a large portion of the cost of repairs to her. Autoloox eneded up paying about $600 towards the repairs of her vehicle even though Autoloox did not have to take any responsibility due do the car being sold AS-IS.  Autoloox has done everything to satisfy [redacted] and work with her.

Review: The purchased a car on a Saturday, March 16th and I called them on March 17th and explained to them I wasn't satisfied with the car and wanted to return it. They said ok and wanted me to bring it back on Tuesday. I wasn't able to return the car until that following Saturday, March 23rd because I lived so far from the dealer and work schedule. The owner [redacted] indicated that I would get my money back once he heard from the bank. He also indicated that there might be some penalties minus from the $3000 downpayment I made on the BMW truck.Desired Settlement: I would like my down payment back.

Review: I am the co-signer to an auto loan processed through [redacted] Credit Union [redacted]. My daughter located the 2002 [redacted] coupe Nighthawk Black through [redacted] website in which AutoLoox purchased the car to sell on thier used car dealership. My daugther called Autoloox letting them know she wanted to go out and see car, that was on Monday 24 Feb 2014, upon seeing car and noticing that it had only 132428 miles on the odometer she was expressed. The saleman there name Tony began talking we her directly questioning how she planned to paid for car, she mentioned that she had a pre-approved loan through NSWC. At that point he had another saleman start fillling out a Buyer Order; listing my name as the buyer 1 and [redacted] buyer 2, listed my social security number, I dont have a valid L.L/State I.D # so they listed my daughter D.L./State I.D. number issuing state VA and Exp Date 11/22/2021. The warranty statement checked as is signed [redacted], trade in vehicle information signed [redacted], on puschaser signature block they had my daughter sign Lynda Jeffery dateed 24 Feb 14 and secon line signed [redacted] 24 Feb 14.On the DMV Odometer Disclosure Statement it is listed buyer Lynda Jeffery signed Lynda Jeffery 24 Feb 14 I did not sign or authorize my daughter to sign for me On sales purchase order sale price of vehicle 4995.00 processing fee 395.00 state sales tax 161.70 subtotal 5551.70 dealers business tax 10.78 license/registration /title fee 10.00 plus 62.75 total due 5625.23 that is what [redacted] made check amount out for. To this day car has been towed to dealer mechanic for engine replacement with the agreement that we pay 500.00 and dealership pays balance cost total amount for labor and putting in engine 1250.00. Our car has been in this shop awaitng payment to mechanic to start work from 16 Apr 14 to present date. No license/registration on vehicle yet. Ever time I call to find out what going out Mr. Tony is never unavailable. According to the mechanic shop owner this is not the first time this dealership has had cars towed there.Desired Settlement: Refund [redacted] Federal Credit Union Check we return vehicle as is due to sellers not abiding to have auto checked out by a lecensed mechanic and I call in advance to purchasing this lemon. Because the same night we went to see car the dealer with that he just got it from aution and had not been state inspected yet. He also stated they plannned on detailing car and could not allow us to take to our mechanic to look over before buying because his insurance did not cover a meahanic outside [redacted] VA. So we put our faith in him to have a local mechanic call us about any vehicle a problems and no one ever called. Now ever time I call Mr. Tony to speak with him concerning this issue he is never in. My question is why would he have us tow this car to his mechanic and now not even speak to me about his intends of making good on this sale. Please advise me on any options I have. Needing help [redacted]

The night I accompanied her there Mr. Tony told his salesman to enter my name for the purchaser/DMV-I told him then that I did not drivers license. Please see email traffic that I have paste to this document; AutoLoox states that they have mailed my daughter a refund check That is a bond face Lie this USE CAR DEALER IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED HE KNOWS FOR A FACT THAT HE HAS NOT PAID [redacted] BACK FOR PURCHASING THE VEHICLE DMV LICENSE TAGS, WHAT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS SEE A YOUNG ALL EXCITED ABOUT PURCHASING THEIR FIRST CAR AND DEALER LIES WITH STRAIGHT FACE ON THIS IS A GOOD AUTO WELL GUEST WHAT SMALL CLAIMS COURTS [redacted] VA show us the cancelled check that my daughter cashed if she received refund......

Good Afternoon [redacted],

Review: January 10, 2014 I signed a lease to purchase a car from this dealer. They provided me with temporary tags. In February, they called me back to refinance. However at the time they did not renew my temporary tags. This then required me to return to the dealer a two weeks later to obtain new temporary tags as they were still processing information with the new leasing bank. The sales representative/financial professional ([redacted]) insured me that he would call me withing 2-3 weeks to meet him at the MVA in [redacted], MD. It is a month later and I have my second set of expired temporary tags. I have tried several times to contact the dealership and each time I speak with a representative they claim the person I need to talk to is not in, and they will make sure someone calls me back. No one calls me back and I try them back in a couple days with the same response.

As of March 19, my second set of temporary tags has expired. The dealership has provided no answers to my issue. They do not return my calls and constantly deferring my concerns.Desired Settlement: This is causing my life a great inconvenience. I would like for the dealership to complete my car registration, so that I can move on with a legally registered car.

Review: I purchased a car from AutoLoox, [redacted], Va. I paid my down payment via Debit card. The money was taken from my account and I have record of this. A week later the company called me to come down to their office telling me that my money never reached their account. They told me they needed to charge my back the money to my card and I had to write them a check. I refused since they already had my money. I asked again about my license plates being transferred with the DMV and they said it would be a couple weeks. I have waited nearly a month now and called them today to ask about my registration transfer. The sales person came on the phone (AJ) and told me they were still waiting for me to make my deposit on the car. I hen refreshed his memory that I had declined to help them out by writing them a personal check since they already had my money. (as my attorney advised me). He then told me to come in monday and he would get my license plates transferred with DMV. I told hem to mail them to me as I have read several posts online how they tell you to come in to pick something up and they take your keys and you lose your car. I have made my first payment on the car and still have not received my transfer from the DMV, but, I logged into the DMV website and they have transferred ownership of the car I traded in already. Seems to me that if they had time to transfer the car I traded in then they had time to transfer the license plates on the car I bought.Desired Settlement: As I will need to go to DMV to get my license plates transferred, I want the taxes and license transfer fees that I paid them. Or they can send me my registration card paid in full. I also would like an apology for the stress they have put me through over the past month.

Review: We went to test drive one car and got there and they said it wasn't there, that it was being inspected, so we test drove something else. The battery died while we were in a parking lot! Got it jump started, and decided to put the car on hold and come back for it, after they put in a new battery. (my daughter really wanted that car)Mistakenly gave them a small deposit of $400 , of which I have a reciept, and then for reasons that were NOT related to their car, we decided we didn't want it after all. I called [redacted] and [redacted] and advised them that we didn't want the car and [redacted] assured me that he would have the accounting department send me my money back. Still waiting on a refund of this deposit!! Very shady and misleading people from the start.Desired Settlement: I just want my $400 back asap!
