I have documents to show the times I've been into this establishmentOne for my inspection when I bought the car and one from my first oil changeBoth were THIS year (march and april if I remember correctly) but how kind of you to wait OVER A MONTH to make any attempt to fix the problemIts been taken care of by someone more trustworthy

This vehicle was coded in rust and was about 20 years old. Our serviceman Reese went to take the lugnut off and it snapped. We explained to the consumer that this happens with wear and tear items from time to time. Our owner sent multiple emails to him to discuss it. We offered him a free oil change...

and explained with it being that old and rusty and it being a wearable item, we do not warranty them.  He was not happy with our offer. Any automotive worker would understand where we were coming from as it was already in horrible shape. We offered to replace it and only charge for labor, but he was not happy with that.
