This vehicle was coded in rust and was about years oldOur serviceman Reese went to take the lugnut off and it snappedWe explained to the consumer that this happens with wear and tear items from time to timeOur owner sent multiple emails to him to discuss itWe offered him a free oil change and explained with it being that old and rusty and it being a wearable item, we do not warranty them He was not happy with our offerAny automotive worker would understand where we were coming from as it was already in horrible shapeWe offered to replace it and only charge for labor, but he was not happy with that
