This company is very disappointing in there customer service, truth in advertising, and smoking mirrors business practices. Become good at one task.
On 7/3/20 I ordered a transmission part (Order # A shipment from order AMR5961 is on the way) that said it was shipped on 7/3/20 but they refused to give a tracking number and that list over 20 in stock. The company indicates that they have these parts in stock however they drop ship departs from some unknown vendor. Today's date 7/13/20 and I have had no update except that shippers are behind because of COVID-19. The weird part is the company can post daily videos on YouTube looking off of the customers no good customer service about any stretch of the imagination. The owner is very disrespectful and uncaring but there's no shot from other people I talk to the deal with this company
Refund as the part was never ordered
Customer ordered from our online website Friday July 3rd, 2020 at 2pm. Customer selected Standard Free Shipping. Manufacturer shows 10+ in stock at time of order. Ordered from manufacturer July 3rd 5pm.
Customer called and was notified that the part is shipping directly from the manufacturer and that it can take a week or so to ship in the current Covid 19 environment.
Customer Files PayPal Claim and Revdex.com complaint 7/13/20 saying part isnt shipped yet.
Customer calls and wants to get a refund on the part. Our policy is we do not send refunds once a paypal claim is open. The claim must be closed before we can send a refund. Customer is informed this and hangs up.
7/16/20 Manufacturer ships part. Tracking is emailed to customer via our website email system.
07/24/XXXX XX:XX P.M. Part is delivered per tracking number 1ZF832EXXXXXXXXXXX.
Customer never contacted us again after the 13th. Item was delivered and then customer did a return to sender.
7/27/20 I called the customer to ask what was going on and why it was returned to sender. I informed him this makes everything harder since they charge a restocking fee and shipping. We would have just had him ship it to our local shop instead of back to the manufacturer in Canada. He essentially said he did not care and "he was gonna get his money anyway brah".
We will await the item to return to the manufacturer and refund the customer minus the restocking fee.
We have a note on our homepage of our website that states:

You will receive a tracking confirmation email when your orders ships, please bear with us if it takes slightly longer to receive that email as many manufacturers that we drop ship from are short on staff and inventory. This means longer handling times before the items leave the warehouse.
