On Feb 8, 2018, I dropped off my vehicle at Auto Magique for a simple oil change, I paid $and left my car there for the oil changeLater Mr*** *** called and told me that the air filter and upper radiator hose needed to be replaced and I agreedI picked up my car at 16:PM later that day and paid another $for those additional services.Later that evening, on my way home, my car had completely died on the highwayLooking under the hood, the upper radiator hose that he had installed hours earlier had fallen offI tried to call Mr*** first to see if he wanted to tow my car to his shop to be fixed, but there was no answer, as a result, I had my car towed to the nearest *** at Heartland Town Centre in MississaugaNext day morning on Feb 9, 2018, I called Mr*** and he came to that ***I showed him the report from ***; the upper radiator hose he installed the previous day was faulty and it directly resulted in the engine
