To whom it may concern: We did not in any shape or form lie to AngieWe pulled up an autocheck history report which we showed her and it clearly states there have not been in any accidentsOur company uses autocheck to pull all of our reports so that is what we go buySometimes the carfax report is different but we don't use both companies so there is no way to tell that the vehicle was in a previous accident according to the report we pulled and provided to the customerAs we stated to the customer before she purchased the vehicle, we sell all of our vehicles with no warranty, we do however provide extended warranties available for purchase so that the customer will be covered in case there is an issue in the future with the vehiclesWe cannot reimburse the customer for her repairs because as we told them before they bought the vehicle we don’t make much profit on our sales, therefore we can’t warranty any of our vehicles after saleWe did not offer the customer the $in assistance because she threatened to leave a bad review, instead we did it because we wanted to help with what we couldOn this deal we gave the customer this as courtesy to help and in turn she didn't appreciate any of it We did not ignore the customer whatsoever, not sure why there is a need to make things up and pull situations out of thin airWe were very fair in this situation and went beyond expectations to please the customerPlease let us know if you have any other questions Thanks, Management

To whom it may concern, we responded to this claim the first time it was submittedWe said that the car was sold and the customer declined purchasing an extended warrantyThere is nothing we can do because of that reasonIf he would have purchased an extended warranty, issues that occur after the sale would be coveredAt the time of the sale the car didn't have these issues presentThanks for your cooperation with this matter, management

I am rejecting this response because: They continue to be dishonestI asked (with three witnesses present) if the car had any mechanical issuesThey said noAs you see from the attached documentation, that is not trueThey never offered me an extended warranty, however, to be honest, I probably would not have purchased one, as I was assured (with three witnesses present) by Ray, whose exact words were, "the car is in excellent mechanical condition." To say they didn't ignore me is another lieWhen I contacted them after I took the car to be repaired and told them the total of the bill, they never respondedYou can see from the string of messages that I did not get a responseIf you go to the dealer's Facebook page and look at their reviews, you will see that I am not the only one they did this toTo sell a $car that needs $worth of repairs is wrongI am considering contacting an attorney about this because I don't want this to happen to anyone else

To whomever it may concern: The vehicle was sold just like all of our vehicles are soldWe do not offer guarantees on any of themWe also out of generosity, like the customer stated, gave her a $credit to the vehicle since she stated that vehicle needed repairsThis was not something we had to doIt is a used car and hard to control what happens months down the roadThat is why we offer extended warrantiesThanks, management

Hi, first off, we are sorry we weren't able to respond to the first noticeIt appears the Revdex.com site has been under construction and we weren't able to login to our account, in order to respondSecondly, I am not sure what we are supposed to say to this complaint, we have already responded saying that the vehicle is as-is, and Ms [redacted] understands that and stated that in her original complaintwe have never been rude to our customers, nor will we ever do so because there is no reason to do business in such a wayTherefore, we cannot reimburse the customer for her repairs because as we told them before they bought the vehicle we don't make much profit on our sales, therefore we can't warranty any of our vehicles after salePlease let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks, Management

To whom it may concern:as we sell all of our vehicles, no matter the price, as-is, there is not much we can do after the sale to assist our customers because of how cheap we sell our vehicles We mark them with little profit, so we don't have much room to make repairs But out of
Courtesy and to keep Mr*** a happy customer, we have put a check in the mail for half of the repair costs of $150.Thanks ManagementAuto Mall of Springfield

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/04/14) */
Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respondWe have been in car business for decades and we have a lot of repeat customersNone of our cars, starting at $to $20,have any kind of warrantyThey're all sold 'AS IS"We
encourage our customers to get it checked out by an independent mechanic if they wish to avoid any problems like these laterWe will be more than glad to help them get it done for much less than any repair shop out thereUnfortunately, we are in no position to pay for the whole repair or make a full refundThe customer is ALWAYS informed upfront and it also states very clearly on the Bill of Sale that the vehicle is being sold "AS IS"Copy attached
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/04/16) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We were in contact with this business within two days of purchasing this vehicleThey at that time told us they would do nothing for usIf they can help with some of the cost I will be satisfied

To whom it may concern, we responded to this claim the first time it was submitted. We said that the car was sold as-is and the customer declined purchasing an extended warranty. There is nothing we can do because of that reason. If he would have purchased an extended warranty, issues that occur after the sale would be covered. At the time of the sale the car didn't have these issues present. Thanks for your cooperation with this matter, management.

here are the things that needs repair before inspection thanks[redacted]

To whom it may concern: When we had the vehicle at our facility before sending out for delivery, we checked the brakes, tires, there were no lights on the dash, so I am not sure where these issues came from. We did state that there were a few cosmetic things before selling the vehicle, but we in no...

shape or form lied to the customer and sold him a car with issues. We have a mechanic shop at our facility and we inspect all of our vehicles before selling them. If we would have seen any issues with the vehicle, we would have repaired them prior to selling the vehicle. We did not receive a single call from the customer after he received the vehicle except one and he told us that he was pleased with the vehicle. After that we have not saw a call from him or else we would have talked to him about the issues he is having. Thanks, management.

Hi, first off, we are sorry we weren't able to respond to the first notice. It appears the Revdex.com site has been under construction and we weren't able to login to our account, in order to respond. Secondly, I am not sure what we are supposed to say to this complaint, we have already responded saying...

that the vehicle is as-is, and Ms. [redacted] understands that and stated that in her original complaint. we have never been rude to our customers, nor will we ever do so because there is no reason to do business in such a way. Therefore, we cannot reimburse the customer for her repairs because as we told them before they bought the vehicle we don't make much profit on our sales, therefore we can't warranty any of our vehicles after sale. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks, Management.

is different but we don't use both companies so there is no way to tell that the vehicle was in a previous accident according to the report we pulled and provided to the customer. We did not offer the customer the $300 in assistance because she threatened to leave a bad review, instead we did it because we wanted to help with what we could. On this deal we gave the customer this as courtesy to help and in turn she didn't appreciate any of it.  We did not ignore the customer whatsoever, not sure why there is a need to make things up and pull situations out of thin air. We were very fair in this situation and went beyond expectations to please the customer. Please let us know if you have any other questions.                                         ... Thanks, Management.

Hi, first off, we are sorry we weren't able to respond to the first notice. it appears the Revdex.com site has been under construction and we weren't able to login to our account, in order to respond. After looking at the situation and deposit for vehicle. It appears the deposit was non-refundable for the...

reason being that we held the vehicle for Mr. [redacted] and didn't allow anyone else to purchase the vehicle during this time, therefore we lost sales, and in the end Mr. [redacted] said that he didn't want the vehicle anymore, without even coming and looking at it. So it is unfair for us to return a deposit, when we did what we said we would, which is hold the vehicle. Thanks Management

To whomever it may concern: The vehicle was sold as-is just like all of our vehicles are sold. We do not offer guarantees on any of them. We also out of generosity, like the customer stated, gave her a $500 credit to the vehicle since she stated that vehicle needed repairs. This was not something we...

had to do. It is a used car and hard to control what happens months down the road. That is why we offer extended warranties. Thanks, management.

I am rejecting this response because: They continue to be dishonest. I asked (with three witnesses present) if the car had any mechanical issues. They said no. As you see from the attached documentation, that is not true. They never offered me an extended warranty, however, to be honest, I probably would not have purchased one, as I was assured (with three witnesses present) by Ray, whose exact words were, "the car is in excellent mechanical condition." To say they didn't ignore me is another lie. When I contacted them after I took the car to be repaired and told them the total of the bill, they never responded. You can see from the string of messages that I did not get a response. If you go to the dealer's Facebook page and look at their reviews, you will see that I am not the only one they did this to. To sell a $4500 car that needs $3400 worth of repairs is wrong. I am considering contacting an attorney about this because I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

To whomever it may concern: We sell all of our vehicles as-is, we do however offer extended warranties to all of our customer if they choose to purchase one, that is purely their choice. Because they are used cars that range in age from 5-15 years, there is only so much we know about them. We would...

not intentionally cover up something on the block such as the customer stated. We would not even purchase a vehicle with such an issue to begin with if we knew about it. Regarding taking the car back, we do not take any cars back, that is our policy. We allow our customers to inspect the vehicle and take it to their mechanic if they would like prior to purchasing the vehicle. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks, management.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/07/14) */
This consumers sister already submitted a complaint and we responded to it. [redacted] purchased the vehicle from us with no warranty whatsoever, first of all, it was sold as-is and is shown on the bill of sale that [redacted] attached. She also...

purchased the vehicle and still has a remaining balance, therefore that is the reason as to why the car was repossessed. We as a company would not just go out and repossess a vehicle from someone if they made their payment, but there was still money owed to us, so we had to go forward with the repossession. We attempted to work with her for several weeks, even though the full payment was due March 4th, we continued to call her and try to assist her in making the payment, but she continued to blow us off, so in the end we had no choice. The bill of sale states that if a payment is not made, the car will be repossessed. In the complaint description, [redacted] also mentioned that the repo company ran over her cats foot, we have no authority over what a contracted company does to her, we explained to her that if they did something to her cat that she needs to speak to them. They as a separate licensed company are able to charge whatever fees they may wish to charge. Therefore we haven't done anything to upset her and just went through with what the bill of sale she attached said. It is not our fault that [redacted] did not have her meds and had anxiety attacks, we are just here to sell vehicles and help people out. She was very belligerent with this matter, and we were nothing but understanding with her. The car has been paid in full and returned to customer after this complaint was made also.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/07/24) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Because he lied about everything didn't once explain fees or what's wrong with car just changed the subject he doesn't care that he changed the prices or want to own up to it he just makes up whatever he can to make her look bad instead of being a man and admitting he's a selfish lier and cheats people for their money I'm melissa dad and I helped her pay for it so he really ripped off a blind disabled elder
