Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached a copy of the Certified Letter sent to Auto Market which they received and signed on 5/9/(see attached)Auto Market has failed to contact me resolve the matterThe issue remains that the vehicle was not test driven and the problem exit with the grinding of the vehicleAuto Market would have known this had they test drove the vehicle after repairIn addition as indicated in the letter, Auto Market did not provide the receipts (as they have now) to show warranty of the parts Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] bought a Volvo Sfrom us in November 2014, and brought the car back in April for us to replace:1-Front trusts and mounts2-Front Control arm bushings3-One front tireWe did buy all the parts, showed her the receipts to prove we installed new parts; That same day before leaving she asked [redacted] who was with her at the time she came back to pick up her car to write check # [redacted] for the total amount of $(copy attached) which was the amount [redacted] [redacted] agreed to pay us for parts and labor, never the less, to our surprise the very next day the check was cancelled, therefore we did the work, bought and replaced the parts and never got paid for any of itIf anybody here should be in trouble should be [redacted] ***, for asking a third person to write a check for her and not taking responsibility. Now [redacted] is requesting reimbursement for something she NEVER paidWe take pride in our business and staff; we have multiple positive and great reviews, have won awards for excellent consumer satisfaction, distinction for consumer service and so on.We feel is very unfortunate that a customer would try to avoid responsibility with her debt and takes the time to file a complaint against us for no reason. We sincerely hope this clarifies any misunderstanding and keeps our business with impeccable reputation

To whom it may concern,We acknowledge that [redacted] contacted us about the cruise control and a tire sensor that needed to be replaced, he came back on a weekend to get the sensor replaced but the tire business that we work with was closed at the time he came in, and... because of that we couldn't get the problem resolved, however, he was re-schedule to come back to the dealership during the week to get the cruise control cover and a tire sensor replaced but he never showed up again. Best Regards,Auto Market AZ

Auto Market has failed to contact me resolve the matter. The issue remains that the vehicle was not test driven and the problem exit with the grinding of the vehicle. [redacted] purchased a 2005 Volvo S40 November 2014. She also received a third party warranty, [redacted], for her own peace of mind for 90 days at no cost to her! A little while after her warranty had expired, [redacted], her mother reach out to me, [redacted] to have some work done on the vehicle as her warranty had just expired and didn’t want to spend a fortune. I informed her that she would be charged for whatever work we did and it would need to be paid upon pick up. The agreement was made and an appointment was scheduled. [redacted] originally was having just her struts replaced. Once our mechanic, [redacted] looked at the vehicle, he realized the mounts were also bad and replaced them at the same time. When he completed fixing the struts and mounts and took the car on a test drive, it became very apparent that the Control Arm Bushings needed to be done as well. I personally called [redacted] every single time I was informed of an update on her vehicle or if another part was recommended. [redacted] was informed of all things that needed to be done and I gave her the cost of parts and labor separately each and every time. She had agreed to all pricing and gave us the permission to continue working on her vehicle. After all the work had been completed, she asked me if we would able to put tires on as well, because she was driving with the spare and they needed to be replaced. When I gave [redacted] the cost of all four tires, she opted to only purchase one to replace the spare, as they were out of her budget. On Wednesday, April 15th, I messaged my co-worker, [redacted], to call [redacted] or [redacted] to have them come pick it up. I was not here to get the number and make the phone call myself as I was home sick. When I returned back to work on April 17th, I noticed the vehicle still here at our lot, so I made a phone call to [redacted] myself to inform her that her car was ready for pick up and find out why she hadn’t picked it up yet. [redacted] informed me that nobody had called her and I apologized for the lack of communication. When [redacted] came, she requested receipts and the warranty for the parts. Finding these receipts did take a little bit of time as we had to talk with the mechanic and figure out where all the parts were purchased from and that is why she was discounted for waiting. We offered again a warranty for 90 days on the Struts, Mounts, and Control Arm Bushings. This warranty was not required! This warranty was given as a courtesy to [redacted]. Here at Auto Market AZ we have a warranty on our vehicle from 15 days/500 miles on the Engine and Transmission from the date of purchase! Again the vehicle was purchased November 2014 and this work was done April 2015. Nothing was wrong with the Engine or Transmission and it was out of the 15 day warranty so these things were clearly not covered. [redacted] stated in her letter, that when she drove it off the lot it made a grinding noise. If she noticed this noise the second she drove off the lot, she should have returned at the very moment. Not once did anybody receive a phone call from [redacted] regarding the grinding noise, the payment was just stopped right away. Since receiving this letter, I have reached out to [redacted] countless amounts of times to speak to her about her concerns, but never receive anything back. Not only did I try to contact her by her personal number, I also tried calling her old employers number multiple times until I was informed she was no longer employed there. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue with [redacted] but never received a response until this. If you may have any questions for me, feel free to contact me at any time. [redacted] Finance Manager
