After getting a call from Robert in the Covington area that they only do 50 miles radius to buy a car was told by cooperate offices each dealership have their owned rules. Well as a concerned buyer I will take my funds else where. Cooperate telling me about Woodstock office ,well you just said that it have to be a 50 mile radius Woodstock is 3 hours ..Make it make sense

I am rejecting this response because: they have yet to resolve the issueWe spoke on the phone and [redacted] gave his "word"that I would be refunded the money they took under pretensesThe issue will only be resolved once I have received the money they stole from me

I have bad credit because of a failed business I was driving a car I had owned forever but it finally died on me I needed a car and tried a few places, nobody could get me a car I ended up at Auto Mart and found a nice Honda Accord They got me financed through a real bank and I couldn't be happier I know car dealerships are rarely the kind of business people are pleased with, even if they do buy a car, but I can't state my appreciation enough They really helped me out when others couldn't

Hi [redacted] ,We purchase this vehicle from a dealer auctionWhen we receive our inventory, the vehicles undergo a thorough safety and mechanical inspection I personally drove the vehicle for over miles and it passed the safety inspection without any concernsWhen we sold the vehicle, there was no signs of any mechanical defect After the vehicle was sold, you informed us that the low engine oil light had appearedI asked you to bring it back to our dealership so our mechanic can inspect the vehicle He added oil, road tested it, and it was returned to you after the diagnostic was complete.Unfortunately, the same issue arose shortly thereafter Upon further examination and research, we discovered there was a recall established by [redacted] AG stating rapid oil consumption due the the incorrect piston ring size that was included by the factory At this time, we removed the engine from the vehicle and sent the engine to a third party mechanic shop to overhaul the engine Unfortunately, this overhaul took weeks as it was a very sensitive and labor intensive job.By this time, you no longer wanted to wait the vehicle, understandably I spoke with my employer and immediately returned the full down payment at this time.Our vehicles are sold without any warranty, which was stated on the signed Buyer's Guide at the time of sale Auto Mart went above and beyond to help you remain in the vehicle and fix the underlying issue When I tried to get you financed for the same vehicle with Lobel Financial, they did not approve your loan due to an automotive charge off that appeared on your credit report from 2013-which was completely unrelated to this incident This contract did not show as a repossession, as I explained to the branch manager that the issue with the vehicle was not your fault I am extremely sorry about this experience, but I hope you understand we did the best we could to help remedy this situation Thank you

Callaghan Painting removed wallpaper, cleaned up the walls and painted 3-rooms in my home They did a good job, were polite and considerate [redacted] , the head man, came to the site everyday and supervised his crew and he (and they) helped me with a few painting and repair tasks that were outside what I contracted for Also the bill was a little less than I had expected from the contract It was a good experience

I have a month that I purchased a vehicle and yes I was told it had no warrantyBut the service light turned on so took it to *** and I was told they had turn the light so they could sell the truckHe showed me where they turn it off and said to call them bug since it has no warranty they can't fix it and it turns out to be the air compressor

Great staff and nice carsI have gotten so many of my friends off the bus thanks to Auto MartThey really do try to help you get into a reliable vehicle and fix cars even when they don't have toI recommend them for anyone with bad credit, low income or both!

Review: I purchased a 1999 clk 430 Mercedes from auto-mart around march 2013. My stepdaughter used the car on 8/28/14, she ran off the road and got stuck, someone came along and tried to pull her out, they hooked it up to tie rod instead of the frame, breaking the tie rod and ripping off the bumper, and causing the car to bump the pole she narrowly missed putting a dent in the driver side quarter panel. [redacted] towed the car, I was out of town and had my dad go to get the car, [redacted] stated he could fix the car for less then the cost of the deductible. On or about Sept 15th I called to check on the status of the car and he informed me that Auto-Mart had repossessed the car. I called Auto-Mart in the beginning of Sept and told them I was going to catch up the payments, and [redacted] said that was fine. I had my dad and [redacted] go to Auto-Mart to pay the 2 payments I was behind. My payments are two hundred a month. Then they tell her its 325.00 for the towing and repo fees that I needed to pay a total of 1100.00 to get the car back. By Oct 3rd I had paid he 1100.00 sent [redacted] to get the key so I could get the car towed to have it fixed. They would not release the car stating they were waiting on the insurance company to give them a check.Well the insurance company wants to total the car, and when [redacted] the insurance adjuster called them about releasing the car to us they told her we had not finished paying them, I had just spent a little over a thousand dollars replacing the tie rod, and fixing the transmission and that's why I was behind. They lied to me telling me pay me 1100.00 and we will give you the car and they lied to the insurance company about us not having paid what was agreed on. They still have not applied what I have paid to the balance owed, I want an itemized payment record to compare to the canceled checks and receipts for cash payments made to make sure I am getting credit for what Ive paid. They broke the law according to the Virginia Consumer Protection Law and title 6.2 of vaDesired Settlement: I want my car back and I want to have it fixed by whom I choose. I do not want to file a claim on my insurance. I want an itemized payment record to verify the payments are being credited to my account. These people have lied to me lied to the insurance company and broke the law. They cant be trusted, I'm sure, I'm not the only one.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was not notified by a letter of repossession, further I called auto mart and was told by [redacted] that was was only 2 payments behind and some change, her exact words. I got behind only once before and I called and she told me no problem, to pay what I could when I could to get it caught up, I realize that the car was wrecked and it makes some difference. I had the car towed and it was being repaired by [redacted] in [redacted]. It was fixable, not totaled. Auto mart pressured my insurance company, [redacted], to total the car. Mr. [redacted] had already started working on it, so the bumper was off and thus looked worse than it was, I told [redacted] this at [redacted].Furthermore after auto mart stole my car, I paid a total of 1100.00 to catch up my payments, in a time period of about 3 weeks, and auto mart kept charging me daily storage fees of $30.00, also towing and other missalanious fees, they wouldn't tell me what those were. Next they lied to my insurance company about the total payoff of the car.
