Automasters threatens to take my car by being 1-days late harrass me when my car payment isn't even due and builds late charges out of nowhere This dealership is the worst ive ever dealt with I kept all of my receipts showing I was never late yet they kept harassing and threatening me to take the car they have told me this every time I make a payment and was getting calls and emails saying I was late when I wasn't spoke with a so called manager [redacted] said he handed this to another manager to review since I provided all the proof that manager accepted they let dollars add up before saying anything by mistake but that it will never happen again yet I had already paid that amount they are the worst customer service and collectors ever and I made a down payment which I see they didnt deduct they have been a nightmare I will end up turning in the car since I have issues with them every monthTried to reach out to other manaherse no help at all

I feel like the car I've got from them is a lemon the day I got it the check engine light came on I tried to return it they wouldn't let me they wanna to fix it instead I had to take my car back to them to be looked at and fixed every week for at least months which started June 30th they gave me the run around on how long my car would take to be fixed I would have to call and raise *** and pester them to find out what's wrong with my car and when will I get it back and yet again my car check engine light came on Friday and here it is Wednesday and I still haven't received a phone call on when I will get my car back I've missed work because of this as well I've had too many problems out of this car lot and I know other people that has as well something has to be done and I won't stop until something is done about it

I bought a Nissan Titan in good faith within a week the truck quit running it had a relay issue I repaired it myself,then the check engine soon light came on and said exhaust manifolds and the catalytic was bad I took it to their shop and they said it was going to cost me $in repairs and after I got it back I had a dent and driver door from the repair shop.knowing I just bought it Auto masters will not help fix the issues The truck won't Pass Marta
