We went in on night dec to buy a car friendly guy and he wrote up contract and as he says your payment will be about 220-a MONTH is that ok? I Said that is fine I usually round off and I all pay He turns his head and says you can pay I said yes Ok! THEN I SAID IS THERE A PENALTY IF WE PAY OFF EARLY OR I PAY A EXTRA PAYMENT EVERY COUPLE OF MONTH, OR WHEN I CAN? !!!!!!!!!! HE SAID "NO" THAT WOULD BE FINE.!!!!!!!! Also do not make our pain on friday due to we don't sometime get a check util satSo we finish the deal the place was closed and he and one girl was there didn't get to go through all the stuffBut he did verbally, "your payments will be A" MONTH" etc etc Will then I started getting text every couple of weeks saying we are late LATE why I just paid will read your little square they are charging you times a month TIMES not a month like they say and they don't return calls and will not fix it And yes there is a penalty to paying off early because they pay them self first your interest and they state no refund of the interest so yes you lose You can talk to someone and they never call you back or remember you calledNot only did I clearly said no pain schedule on Fridays , he did anyway and then Mondays tell me I am lateBut they marked it on the page I'd pay on Mondays but they still charge that interest of late, When I question it one girl says I am not really fate for days , another say s it due fridays they push everything on to someone else The salesman lied they avoided explaining and refuses to fix it or return calls when you up set or want to talk about itThey just keep telling you how do yo want to pay?? I took notes as we worked with the sales men and wrote down what he said and it is not what we got You can go buy a NEW CAR "NEW" for one third what they are charging for a used.!!!!!! figure it our 250l x = $a month for a used USED car.!!!! That is a house payment That is not right for any company to lie or to charge so much a month for a used car You can buy a new house or car for that Take notes people when you go there Better yet go some where else !!!!!!! They also tell you after you pay month you can trade it in with no problem SURPRISE because you pay them interest for your car up front and they have it all in that months now you can buy or trade for another with the same deal And you pay off early you can't get your interest back !!!! So set a date for payment a lie, a monthly payn a lie not penally for early pay off a lie, Paym about a lie, when you question anything they give you a number to call and never NEVER a answer and when you talk to one of the girls at the desk on the phone and they say the one you need to talk to will be in shortly we will have them call, guess what they never cal and then you call them and the lady says there is NO note that I called and no one said I called SURPRISE SURPRISE !!!

AutoMasters has bent over backwards to help me stay on the roadAny problem ive had weather it was a payment or car issues they got right on itI continue to deal with AutoMasters in the years to comeI recommend anyone looking for a nice used car stop and check out all the options they can giveA very happy customerPreston S***

Worst place to buy a vehicle. People are so rude and smart to paying customers. They don't care once you sign papers. Been a big headache from day one.
