Dear Revdex.com,                 We are in receipt of the above captioned complaint.  At no time did the owner of the vehicle Ms. [redacted] come in for service nor complain of any problems.  Another party operating her...

vehicle did.  During the last visit I explained to the unknown party that the vehicle's limited used vehicle warranty had expired.  I also showed the unknown party that the front end of Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle has sustained minor collision damage before it was released from the tow truck.                 Ms. [redacted] had purchased a two year extended service contract from her bank.  We attempted to make a claim under this contract and we were informed Ms. [redacted] cancelled her coverage.  I explained to the unknown party that Ms. [redacted] had cancelled her extended service contract and therefore had no coverage thus she is responsible for the repairs.                 We have inspected the vehicle and it appears to have a fuel pump issue.  If Ms. [redacted] would like the repair completed we need her authorization and will perform the repair at a wholesale rate.   Respectfully, [redacted]ManagerAuto-Matic585 Washington StreetQuincy, MA 02169TEL:  ###-###-####FAX: ###-###-####[redacted]www.automaticquincy.com

[redacted]'s vehicle.  It appears the engine computer has failed.  It may be covered under the vehicles factory warranty for emission parts.  The next step is for Ms. [redacted] to tow her vehicle from here to an [redacted] dealer.Thanks, [redacted]Manager
