Went here twice with same issue on my vehicle, Check engine light was on So diagnosis costed double the price bc of that (should have been a red flag)Then they diagnosed me with a throttle issue and I left my car overnight and paid $Check engine light came back on the next day, so they diagnosed it for a catalytic converter issue nextAfter already spending $600..I had to wait a while to so when I returned the "new management" (fat black guy) assured me that they would have to do another diagnosis, and this time it was the Spark Plugs (which I had gotten changed in the last few months elsewhere)I told him it should be catalytic converter, and showed my previous diagnosisHe said it wasn't showing that now, just misfires, and it would cost me $for the spark plugsI paid it up front, bc I just wanted my check engine light off Then it came back on a few days later! I took it right back, and now it was diagnosed with the catalytic converter!!!!! So I opted to do a payment plan this timeThey charged me $for paymentsCharge my last two payments days apartI called and said it was supposed be charges in my next paycheckFat black guy is unapologetic...instead says "you owe it don't you?!" [redacted] said he got sick and somehow missed taking a payment, so just charged bothI was totally confused and stunned...these people are sm! They had not missed a payment ever! And now are blaming me for not calling them when the payment wasn't taken on time! I will never go here again and I am blasting them on every review site I can; as well as directly with the Revdex.comThey are fraud, taking advantage of women, men....anyone they can, because we are vulnerable [redacted]
Never AgainThese guys are scammersThey will diagnose you with one thing, and then when the issue persists, they will diagnose something elseAfter Went elsewhere and got my spark plugs fixed, they insisted that they needed to be changedI trusted them, because the guy was convincingHe said unlike the previous Management, he was making money for the store, and I could trust his diagnosisMy vehicle is still not running properly, and I wasted over$Wish I had read the reviewsBeware!
