[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called several times and know won answered the phone and If the vehicle was properly examined and serviced the day prior to the next day repairs I had done why did it cut off when it was serviced by there repair shopthe check enegine light is still on oxygen sensor was replace but not the other and I have a reciept for that as wellIf the was serviced correctly why did the car cut off? The car needed serveral repairs and although the agreement was that I was going to be given a remote pad I declined because it was not programed and I would still have to get it programed as Damien statedI would have to come out my pockect with more moneyI only have two keys I dont have a remote to the vehilce at allI'm missing a hub cap that was promised to me that he the dealr took off the car in there possessionI also have reciepts for the repairs that took place on the following datesHowever, I have a witness to [redacted] my stepfather that was there for all other transactions that took place and also heard it out of the dealership mouth when they stated that they would no longer be dealing with me his phone number [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

I believe that we at Automaxx Motors responded to each and every concern of [redacted] that was brought to our attentionThe only question that remains is why did [redacted] not bring to our attention the final issue which she is now referring to in order for us to validate the alleged issue [redacted] obviously contacted us with prior concerns which she herself admits in her initial complaint that we did address each and every time Therefore what reason would she have had to bring the vehicle to her own independent service facility and not notify us of an outstanding concern, and allow us at that time, to address the alleged concern Our answer to [redacted] was that if we were made aware of the concern we would have made an attempt to resolve the issue, but we would have needed to validate that such a concern existed in the first place We were not given that chance [redacted] states that she "HAD" to take the vehicle elsewhere but still does not state her reasons for doing so If we would have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and validate the final issue raised by [redacted] I am sure that there would have been a desirable outcome, however she did not afford us the opportunity to do so And in her arbitrarily taking the vehicle to a mechanic of her choosing, without any notification to us regarding the alleged problem and her doing so, we do not feel it is our responsible to pay for services that she authorized on her ownWe at Automaxx Motors therefore reject any claim that [redacted] is attempting to attach to our Company As we have repeatedly mentioned, we addressed each and every one of her concerns and to her satisfaction, that was brought to our attention We can not help the fact that she decided on her own to authorize repairs at a service facility of her choosing without giving us any prior notification of her doing so and without any opportunity to effectively resolve the matter

That was the 3rd time I had a issue with that car within 3weeks of having it not to mention not being able to drive off the lot the day of purchased and all it had to do was get inspection stickersYou gave me another battery because he car need a battery along with other things that wasn't fixed on the vehicle which you had my vehicle over the weekendSo technically there shouldn't have been a second and third time that I need to come back to get any type of service done there afterIf you couldn't fix the problem the first time the second or the third I missed a total of three days of work why was the problem not fixed? Why would I be wasting any time filing a complaint if I felt like I could come and get the car repaired for a third timeThere where issues on this car before I purchased it and the dealer knew it that's why he fixed the ones that I could of got fixed on my own and stuck me with the "higher" billRegards, [redacted] ***

*** *** is correct in that she did purchase the vehicle in question on 3/14/We inspect all vehicles at the time of sale and upon doing so our mechanic informed us that there were monitors showing in the computer system due to the fact that we recently replaced the battery When this
is done the vehicle routinely must be driven through a drive cycle before it can pass emissions inspection which we clearly explained to *** *** We also, for the inconvenience of her having to wait, gave her a vehicle to use free of charge while her car was being serviced *** *** did bring to Damien, the manager's attention, another issue regarding a noise under the hood The vehicle was brought back in and it was determined that it needed an oxygen sensor which was also replaced free of charge In addition the stabilizer bar was replaced, also free of charge to the customer All of this *** *** clearly states in her complaint which is evidence of Automaxx Motors clear intent to resolve whatever issues were occurring at the time It is also obvious that each occurrence was in fact resolved Upon each occurrence *** *** never hesitated to contact our office to resolve any issue that was presented to us, and we made every effort, obviously, through the information supplied to the Revdex.com to address each and every concern to the customers liking and satisfaction even going as far as ordering her and supplying her with a key fob remote for the vehicle purchased *** *** further states in her complaint that the "next day 03/31/my vehicle cut off and had to be repaired at a different auto repair shop." The issue raised here is that *** *** does not state why the vehicle "had" to be repaired at a different repair shop If *** *** would have brought the issue to our attention we would have made every effort to assist her There is ample proof in her complaint that we resolved each issue that she raised with Automaxx Motors *** *** obviously elected to have the vehicle repaired else where which indicates that she obviously knew she would bear the burden of the cost of the repairs only after she elected to do so and found out what her bill was for these repairs did she then bring it to our attentionAt that point we clearly explained to her that we were not responsible for further work that she elected to have done on her vehicle and that it was not our responsibility to compensate her for work performed and authorized by her without giving us prior knowledge and information about the alleged issue Therefore we at Automaxx feel as though we did go above and beyond protocol to please *** *** and do not feel that we should pay for repairs for an issue that was never brought to our attention and that we were never afforded the opportunity to examine for ourselves and determine the nature of the problem she is claiming Feel free to contact our office at ###-###-#### for any further information

Just purchased a car from Auto Maxx motors and wanted to take time and write them guys a great review because they took the time with my family to find us the car we were looking to buy. They went above and beyond to make this purchase stress free.I will be telling friends and family about Auto Maxx if they are in the market to buy a car.
