Very poor customer service. I spoke with the manager in a very professional manner and asked for a two-week extension to pay my car off in full. Keep in mind, I had already paid the MAJORITY of the total balance, leaving about $1,000 left to be paid. He didn't seem to care that I had paid most of the balance and rudely rejected my request for an extension. He stared at me with rage in his eyes for about 5 mins breathing heavily as if he wanted to attack me. Then, without saying a word, proceeded to TRY & take my car! Also, as of today, my car needs about $2,000 worth of repair done! Which means he knew this vehicle had problems and that's the very reason they wanted their money in such a hurry! & I'm almost certain this place is racist since the only good reviews they receive are from those of Caucasian descent. Steer clear! Don't walk...RUN LIKE [redacted] from this place!
