Someone called the next day (we are assuming this was Mrs***) and said that the vehicle was not operationalWe let them know we didn't what the issue was but to bring it by and we would be glad to help them outWe assume it turned out to be the battery wires as was explained by the customer, since the vehicle was never brought to usThe only thing done on the customer's vehicle was a tuand the battery was not touched, the customer had his vehicle that way when he cameThe gentleman came on the 10th of June in the evening about 5:pm very upset and irritatedHe did not payHe was ready to fight and threatened to burn down all the cars in the lotAfter he had calmed down he apologized for his actions and then leftWe haven't heard from him againThe service we provided was what the customer specifically asked forNothing more was done as our suggested services were declinedNo diagnostic was done or requested at any pointThe vehicle was never brought back to usWe are still owed $dollarsIt is unfortunate that after over looking the gentleman's actions, our service has been complained aboutAt this point we can neither refund money, nor fix an issue that was not caused by our workWe did not work on the Mrs*** battery at any point, we did what was specified by the customer's husband

My truck was in good driving condition at the time it was took into the shopI've never had a problem with my battery wire until that pointThe pictures I took clearly shows the condition of wires and the way they where returned to meIt's obvious if this was a long term condition or on going problem the truck would've been functionalWhen the vehicle was evaluated it was clearly told to my self and yes my husband that it needed a tune up due to the spark plugs and once the tune up was done my issues would be resolved

I will reiterate from our last responseWe did not work on the battery at all, so we will not fix an issue for free that was not caused by our workThe vehicle was never 'evaluated', as no diagnostic was ever performed on the vehicleThe customer's husband was the one that came to our shop to say he wanted a tune-upWhen we performed the tuit was stated that they needed to get the intake gas and valve cover gasket taken care of, the customer's declinedNever was it stated that the tuwould resolve any issuesWe are still owed money on that jobWe will not perform any work for free
