I am rejecting this response because: As you can tell by his response to the Revdex.com and threats of having his lawyer call the Revdex.com, because he feels you are treating him badly, you can only imagine what a time I have dealing with Mr***I do not want them to damage my vehicle any more than they already haveI currently have another mechanics shop working to redo or repair the damage done by his shop and do not want them any where near my carHe continually calls me an old manI am a year old Vietnam veteran and a proud AmericanThank you for your time and consideration in helping me to resolve this matter

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted], the rejection of the response is because not only of the way he responds to me is completely different from how he comes across to Revdex.com, but the damage he has caused to my vehicle i.e. the hole in the leather on drivers side door, the tear in the headliner and the stereo seek, and stereo scan no longer functions, plus the environmental controls ( fan, defroster, and heater) no longer works, after tearing out the dash to replace the heater coil. Wires hanging down from under the dash and the dash reinstalled and tightened around the wires leaving them exposed. I don't want these people any where near my car because of the lies and unwillingness to complete the work . I am not seeking anything for the work they did, only the cost of having someone else do or redo the work they did or did not do ( and charged me for per the invoices submitted by Mr. [redacted] ) and the damage they caused. I originally went in for a cold start, rough idle problem only. Mr. [redacted] said all these other things needed to be done ( see his invoices ).You will notice the work he quoted for $3500 and then $500 more, he refused to do ( per yesterdays email to you ) and the poor quality of the work he did do. I paid the money he asked for and he did not fulfill his end by doing the work he agreed to do. He keeps raising the price to do the job he quoted originally for. He has yet to provide you or me with any invoice or quote on how he has lost " big money " on doing the work he quoted he would do. If his estimates were off, where is the proof ? If this his how he conducts business, how is he still viable ? I am trying to get a resolution through Revdex.com but feel I have adequate evidence for a suit in small claims court.
