Auto Motor Imports is hands down the best car dealer in San Antonio! My car was on it's last leg, and the amazing staff over at Auto Motor Imports couldn't have done more to help me get into an amazing, reliable, good looking rideI will recommend them to anyone I know that is in the market for a great car at an even greater deal! This was amazingly the first time I've ever had to get financing, simply due to the fact that I've been extremely lucky....Auto Motor Imports made me feel relaxed and the process couldn't have gone smootherAnyone reading this should go there today and check out what they have to offer! You won't regret it, I promise

Car was purchased on 1/16/Down payment of was paid on same date vehicle insured by allstate on same datePolicy number (838875869)Driving the car home on the highway from San Antonio, the check engine light and the brake system lights came onI immediately called the dealership who told me that parts would be ordered for the vehicle and to come back on 10/21-and it would be fixedThe dealership never called, license plates have not been sent and the dealer told me that I would have to get the vehicle inspectedWithin one week of purchase over dollars has been spent on new rims because of the original rims were bent at purchaseAlso four new tires have been purchased because of uneven wear due to the defective rimsTo this day I have not heard anything from the dealership, and no parts have been installed on my vehicleI cannot even contact these peopleI ended up spending an extra dollars before even making my first paymentThe dealership has in no way offered any assistanceWhen I contacted DMV, I was told that the car was in the system and reported as being inspected on 11/22/by the dealershipDon't know how but the car has been in my possession since 10/16/I never took it anywhere to attempt to have an inspection performedSomehow they have falsified records to show that vehicle has been inspectedI have not received any license plates from them to dateSomeone needs to contact these people and stop them from ripping people off

I am rejecting this response because:As stated earlier, I had purchased a warranty, I did not want a refund because I wanted a vehicle with a warrantyThe agreement was for the dealership to fix the vehicle so that the warranty could be issuedCars Protection Plus had stated that they would not issue the warranty until all known issues had been fixedThe dealership accepted responsibility for their actions and "fixed" (although not completely) the problems, so that the warranty could be re-instatedThe dealership stated that they can no longer purchase the Cars Protection Plus warranty, that I have paid for under contractI have provided the documentation for the warrantyThe warranty paid for was at a price of for which I am entitled to a refundThe amount of was never for the dealership to hold for themselves but to be applied to the warrantySince I will no longer be receiving the warranty, I should receive my money in return. As for the title of my trade-in, I never defaultedThey told me I could mail the title in, and I did soAuto Motor Imports never contacted me, but when I contacted them Al said that they had not received the titleI informed Al that I had mailed the title and Al said he would wait a couple days and contact me if he did not receive the titleI never received a call from Al or anyone from Auto Motor ImportsIt was not until I called again for the warranty issue that Al informed me he still hadn’t received the titleAl then asked if I could go to the DMV and purchased a titleI did as he asked and delivered the title the following time I went to San Antonio. The loaner vehicles were never offered, I had to beg for a loaner because I lived hours away, and in one instance they had me wait hours at the dealership to receive a loanerAnother instance they gave me a loaner with no plates and I was stopped and not allowed to go onto the military installation where I workI have also had to take multiple days off from work and rearrange my schedule to accommodate the dealershipI did so because I truly wanted the vehicle to be fixed appropriatelyThe problems with this business extends much further than just warranty issues, of which I feel as a customer I was never accommodated or compromised with during any of our transactions. The dealership continues to refuse a refund and continues to ask for a compromise because of the work they have done on the vehicleAlthough, the work they did on the vehicle was a direct result of failing to submit the warrantyThe work performed was in order to be able to submit the warranty I had paid for, and the dealership acknowledged faultAs for Mr*** *** **., the extent of our relationship was the few minutes it took to trade vehicles well past the half way point for meNo other contact has been made or received from the signed representative.

I purchased my first car ever here in 2014. As excited as I was, I dumbly trusted their standing with Revdex.com, plus the fact that I explained it being my first car and thinking to myself they could relate; after all, who isn't excited about their first car or the feeling right?
They held on to my car, stating that they had a few touch ups to my car. Ok, cool.
Come to find out, later on, not soon after, like a few months, I take my car to a mechanic, my front suspension is in need of replacement. So be it, I paid for it. One of my headlights goes out. Headlights they were supposedly fixing, ordering, said they were a certain kind, sports package, for my BMW, turns out they were rigged up, the bulbs didn't even fit in the assembly correctly. I had them fixed though.
Honestly, the there was a series of mishaps with the car, even though I love my little car, I've done my best to keep it maintained, it's just a great disappointment to have to experience bad business.
Had I known all I do now then when I had just purchased my car, I'd definitely handled things differently.
I don't recommend them at all.

My apologies for not responding sooner due to my father
being at the hospital. Ok on our issues with consumer Mr [redacted], he
had purchased a BMW X3 from us. At the time purchasing his vehicle he had
requested to purchase a warranty since our vehicles are sold AS-IS. The reason
why...

everything as put on hold was because he had defaulted on his payment with
us due to not bringing in his trade-in vehicle title as agreed. We had sent Mr
[redacted] a default notice and tried several attemps to call him with no response.
Until finally he brought in the title two months later. Im thinking during that
duration [redacted] had called to file a claim and they had told him that
his warranty was not submitted and Auto Motorimports offered to give him a full
refund on his warranty. Mr [redacted] at the time had refused to accept the
warranty money back if we came to terms on fixing the repairs that were needed
wouldn’t have been covered by the basic powertrain coverage. With that being
said we came to terms to fix Mr [redacted] vehicle repairs which came out  to be a little over 2,200.00 in repairs,
offering him a loaner vehicle while his vehicle was being repaired. After his
vehicle had been repaired we offered Mr [redacted] to meet him half way since
we knew he was coming from Temple, Tx area so my office Auto Motor Imports had myself
“[redacted]” go meet him half way which was like a good 45 min drive. The
vehicle had drove very smooth and had no problems while delivering his vehicle
and picking up our loaner. One month later Mr. [redacted] calls our office
complaining of other issues that came up with the vehicle and also requesting a
full refund on his warranty. The update right now is that we are still trying
to compromise an agreement with Mr [redacted] that will suit both parties. Sincerely, [redacted]
