Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: An offer was made by [redacted] of above retail for our car, but he stated that he would have to get higher approval He also used the words "deal of the century" multiple times during this conversation When he contacted my husband again, he then said he never mentioned retail but rather travalue, and in the same conversation then said auction value This company is full of liars, and no one should be taken at their word If they cannot repair a vehicle after attempts, then perhaps they are in the wrong business and should run a snow cone stand instead When they have to physically bend the doors to make them "match", then you are intentionally repairing my car incorrectly Jerry Labradour said he went over my car with a "fine toothed comb", but that has to be the widest toothed comb I've ever seen For the mistakes that got past the paint department, the repair technician, and the manager, this is pathetic! We are currently in litigation with this customerWhen the vehicle first came back to us we went over the vehicle with the customer and made a list of their concernsWe made adjustments and corrections to all listed
concernsSince then the customer has taken their vehicle and had it disassembled at a shop of their choice and found additional corrective repairsAuthorization of payment has already been given to the shop of the customers choice for corrective repairWe also do currently have the customer in a vehicle since their vehicle was left at the shop of their choice for disassembly and re-inspectionWe have been waiting to hear back from the shop where the vehicle is to find out when repairs will be started and completed
As far as the customer expectations were for the possibility of a trade is that there were no promises made for an offer above retailMy understanding in speaking with *** was that we would try and help them get a good deal on a trade

In the interest of customer service I have spoken to the customer and agreed to repair the damage to his right bedside panelI would like to state though that we have documentation signed by the customer showing pre-existent damage to the right bedside panelIn the matter of the chairs and spare tire we needed to remove them from the vehicle in order to perform the repairs and my technician put them aside and forgot to put them backWe have already returned the customers items to his vehicle
I believe we have resolved all the customer concerns and do appreciate his businessIf any other concerns arise I am happy to meet with the customer to work towards a resolution

I will not recommend any one to come here. I went there to get my fender hood and bumper replaced and when I got it back I had scratches on the body bike rack was half off and nothing was aligned right and I had abs,brake,vsa lights on that wasn't on before
