I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation twice: the first time, the oil was changed but on one tire, four lug nuts had not been tightened and I did not notice until I made it to the busy street in front of the dealership The second time, today, all was well on the oil change again but on the right rear tire, again four lug nuts were loose and it was not noticed until my husband drove my vehicle and tightened them himself We will both give Autonation a visit tomorrow morning I really felt as though my life and my daughter's life had been placed in danger
