Their sales, Rachel agreed to sell me a 2016 Camry SE at $20,100, so I took my wife and kid to this dealership to purchase the vehicle. When we got there, Rachel was off that day, and the sales manager tried to sell me another vehicle with lower MSRP. I told him this is not the vehicle that Rachel confirmed with me and I showed the emails that Rachel wrote to me to the sales manager. The sales manager just simply said Rachel made the mistake and he cannot do it at the price Rachel confirmed with me. My 4 year old daughter kept asking me why they lied to us. This was a terrible experience for my family.
