THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD 2 DAYS AGO AND IF IT WOULD MAKE MR [redacted] FEEL BETTER WE CAN REQUEST THE VEHICLE TO BE BACK ON THE PROPERTY SO HE CAN EYE WITNESS AS WELL THE CORRECT MILEAGE ON THIS VEHICLE. While I will accept this resolution, This complaint was not filed without cause as insinuated in the resolution verbiage. I realize that two employees could make the same mistake and verbally report the same inaccurate mileage on the same vehicle.
