A few years back my daughter was looking for her first car to buy. When we picked it up we took it to a mechanic who informed us that some work had to be done. We took it back and supposedly this outfit fixed it. We took it back to the same mechanic and he found even more things wrong with it. We had our mechanic fix the problems and presented Auto Network with a bill for the mechanical work. The dealer refused to fix.
The California Bureau of Automotive Repair was contacted but their was nothing the agent could do since we did not allow the Auto Network to fix the problems first even though the dealer denied the problems existed.
I would advise anyone looking to buy a used car to avoid this dealer specifically and maybe the entire company.
